They were not interested in catering it felt like. We said we were first time there and the person did not guide and the meal that my friend shared as a snack was disgusting. The chicken was dry like a cardboard. Fries soggy and oily.

The crew working that night was one of the most cohesive and well-organized teams I have ever seen in any fast food restaurant. The only service that rivals what I experienced that night is at Chick-fil-A. I requested my family meal to be cooked to order, which allowed me to observe the crew for several minutes. They displayed excellent teamwork and showed no signs of complaining while remaining focused and friendly with each other. They were also welcoming to customers, with the cashier/meal prep worker (Mariah) serving as a friendly front-line representative.
The cook on duty (Tae) was exceptional and consistent; I had seen him working during previous visits, and he did an excellent job each time. He handled several special order requests with precision and enthusiasm, frequently checking in with the cashier to see if she needed any more fresh food prepared. This kind of proactive teamwork is unfortunately rare in fast food restaurants.
I am not sure what the source of their cohesiveness is, but I would love to find out. I left very impressed, and the food was great too!

I ordered a 2 pc signature combo. The chicken was old and the skin was so hard it was inedible. I ordered spicy but got regular. The picture on their site shows dark meat but got white. It should be up to the customer what meat they want. The biscuit tasted stale like it had been sitting a while. The only decent food was the mashed potatoes and gravy. I will No longer order from this store.

The chicken taste like it had been sitting around for hours, had no flavor, the service was very slow they were moving around like they were turtles, and was very expensive. And on top of that they for got my kids meal. Won’t go back to Popeyes I’ll stick with “Lee’s famous recipe”.

We typically come to this specific Popeyes monthly. My fiancee liked the blackened tenders and I like the nuggets. We have always had good service rather than sometimes waiting or being out of Mac and cheese.
But tonight we went around 9pm and ordered our usual. We Were told to park and they’ll bring us our food. We waited about 30 minutes and saw people behind us get served and leave. We decided to go back through the drive thru and ask about the food. (If we were waiting on fries we would’ve opted for another side). Finally got our food. Fries and Mac were cold. Blacked tenders were practically CHARCOAL… Nuggets were great though… Ruined our go to quick dinner ideas.

I was dashing as always but there was no one in the drive-thru and no one inside but I still stood for 10 or more minutes waiting on food. not quick service. just to good food

Went through the drive thru and got a 10 piece classic chicken. They told me it would be a 15 minute wait and to pull into a parking spot, I did. After 30 minutes a worker comes out and asks me if im waiting on something, I say “10 piece classic” they go back inside and come back 5 minutes later to tell me they refunded me and that it’ll be another 6 minutes and they’ll still bring me my food. I wait another 15 minutes, nothing. Then I drove home. The point of all this is to say if you get asked to pull into a parking spot to wait, you probably aren’t getting your food.

Waited almost 25 minutes on food. Told.. “oh we’re sorry its shift change.” After ordered paid and had waited all that time and went back up to the window..late for work and food cold will never go thru and order blackened chicken strips which normally take 5 minutes and since that’s all can eat there…non breaded won’t be back. A pie thrown in doesn’t make up for the money lost by being late or the incident I accrue. Very disappointed..we need a chick filet please boro

Always a long wait even when you are the only car in line. Was told 5 mins on the chicken waited for 10 mins went to window and had to wait 5 more mins for fries while I watched 6 cars go thru and get their food. This is the slowest Popeyes and also counted at least 6 workers. 2 sittn on their phones!

Food was good. Staff was very friendly. The only issue is that they don’t have any type of ventilation or good ventilation. Because the entire restaurant was smoky inside and we left smelling like grease.
