Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in all of Southern Indiana. The service is way below 1 star but that was the lowest option I had. If you go here after 5 pm be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes. Even if the have 10 employees and no other customers. Employees move like snails and I don’t know what is in the back of the store but apparently it’s something they all need. Absolute worst. Will NEVER return to this location and will tell everyone I can to avoid. Food was mid at best.

this Taco Bell they hardly puts anything in the tacos, I mean maybe a table spoon on beef,(that’s me being generous) a little cheese and a few shredded lettuce pieces because of this the shells break in half in the bag. 3 tacos are 6$ and I’m still hungry after. Last time I asked them to please add a reg amount and I heard him asking the cook and he said “He cook didn’t think that was very funny”

They don’t even deserve a one star. Went around 4:30 pm and waited well after 25 minutes for food after I politely asked twice about it. The food was made so poorly and had basically nothing in it. Crew was not helpful or polite at all they were laughing at the fact that I asked for more toppings because I didn’t get what I paid for. Never again.

Not even a one star lol beef Crunchwrap was chicken and had ONE piece, steak mini Crunchwrap’s were chicken as well, no meat in the 2 tacos..threw those away instantly& forgot cinnamon twist, forgot queso lol

Needs to get better at swapping out parts of an item. I am vegetarian and have received items with meat countless times despite swapping for beans.

This Taco bell refused to take our order! We told them we wanted to pay cash and they started laughing at us and told me I had to put my order in on the kiosk! What happened to customer service? All of them standing in the back not even busy. Yes they lost our buisness we left and will never go back!! Employee to lazy to take our order..very sad!!

Had the worst experience last night and I tried to email the company and explain how bad the food was and that I threw it away I sent pictures of the food and receipt I got some generic computer response for a five dollar coupon that didn’t even cover what I spent it’s ridiculous

Everything from them using regular hamburger meat on 3 of our 4 chicken chalupas, for which we had two combos, to a GIANT hairball inside my gfs cinnabon bite, they didn’t even give us any damn napkins nor a receipt… Y’all really took us for >$26.00 + AND MADE US BOTH SICK AS HELL. THX MUCH
