Just wanted to let everyone know that I got a hash brown at McDonalds in Monroe, NY and they charged $3.69. Let me repeat that…$3.69! Locey Lane in Harriman and the Chester McDonalds charge $2.59. Jerry! Do better! Change this ridiculous price!

every time i order they get something wrong. fries with sauce, no sauce. ranch wrap, received spicy wrap (wrapped in a ranch paper so i couldn’t tell when i opened the bag). deluxe golden mccrispy no bacon, received with bacon and no tomato (which i paid extra for). order one toy, get a different one. i’m actually so sick of them getting something wrong every time and it’s inconvenient enough that it affects my experience but i can’t tell when i open the bag.

Purchased fries, Big Mac , fries,2 Mc Flurries, and a 2 chicken snack wrap. The food was hot and delicious. The M&M McFlurry and the Oreo McFlurry were so good.
The staff is friendly and helpful. If you have a concern, let them know and it will be handled immediately. The place is always clean. You can order, sit, relax, and your food will be delivered plus no one will ask you to leave.

My main concern is the customer service is dwindling. The last two times I was here over the past few months, the employees who give you the food at the drive-through have been dismissive. On both occasions, we were handed our food and the employee didn’t even make eye contact with us. The first time felt like a fluke, but when it happened, the second time it just appeared to be a pattern of disengagement that the employees have with the customers at the delivery window. It’s one thing to offer fast service but it’s another to do so in a way completely transactional as if a robot is giving you your food. I am curious if anyone else has had this experience.

Order a Medium lemonade and they give me a small cup again is the second time I come here and they give a small cup then I tell her to give me large and she gave me medium if you want to charge more just charge more but give the Ight size cup. I go to New Windsor McDonald’s and they give me the left size cup that is Medium.

Don’t do the curbside. Food was delivered to the wrong car. Waited over 15 minutes for food until the car next to me gave my order back to the workers. They brought the food back inside waited 30 seconds and brought it out to me. It was opened and re-wrapped. This location has gone down hill. Also nuggets were missing from my order. Come here often, maybe not after today’s meal. How can French fries be burned and cold? Also if I forget to ask for NO sauce no Mayo no ketchup, then I end up with a sandwich filled with Mayo and ketchup. Like to the point that it was inedible. No one wants or needs that much Mayo or ketchup on their burgers. It’s costing extra money to waste all those sauces. Please go back to your regular delicious food. Today was awful and I don’t want that again.
It’s been over a year since I’ve been to McDonald’s now because their food was terrible. The service is worse. I just tried them again and went through the drive through, waited for two others in front of me to be served and drive away just to pull up to the window and be told that I needed to pull around the other side to park in spot 2.. There was NO ONE behind me waiting but I still had to pull back around away from the exit and as soon as I pulled into spot 2 the woman was already outside with my food! That wasn’t necessary, to have me drive away back around waste my time for NO REASON! Then couldn’t get past the cars that where parked side by side at the ordering menu for the drive thru. They weren’t ordering they were talking to each other. Why do they make you drive around and wait when the food was less than 30 seconds from being handed to me through the window. One of your employees then has to take my food out to the parking when I could have just gotten my food through the window and then left. There are so many reasons why I won’t be back to this McDonald’s ever again. The food was cold and not even delicious. NEVER AGAIN!
