Haven’t ate there in awhile. I realize prices go up. But the food are micro size on some items. I wanted pintos and cheese and saw them dip it out. Was a partial serving spoon. I thought they gave me a child size and I paid almost $3.00 for that one little scoop. I had the cheesy rice and bean burrito. It wasn’t very big either. But it was disclosed it had jalapeño sauce . I found out via the website. I can’t eat hot peppers. Manager can’t do anything about it. Last time I go

There is no customer service. Food is horrible. Small portions. It was cold. Waited 40 minutes to get food or acknowledged by staff. The order was not correct. Will not be going back to Taco Bell. While waiting other customers came in expecting to have their order taken, however after waiting and not being acknowledged they left.

Ordered through drive thru. Order was wrong had to drive back. Asked for refund. I got a bunch of tags from previous orders in my bag. Food orders get messed up but to have a bunch of food tags tossed in makes me wonder if he and staff did this on purpose.

Ordered food that comes with the avocado ranch and a chalupa when I get my food I noticed that the avocado ranch was not in the bag nor on the food items that usually comes on. So I asked the employee that was serving me through the drive-thru if my avocado ranch cups are in the bag? They said yes, “I said really because I don’t feel them I don’t see them?” Then proceeds to tell me, “Oh the avocado ranch were out of it.” “I said well I paid extra online when I ordered the cups of sauce and my other items come with it on there, so can I get two cups of cheese or something to replace it?” She did give me the cups of cheese but wasn’t even going to tell me that I wasnt going to get my sauce. Also the chalupa was hard and old.

Drive thru line was horrible. Waited over 10 minutes without any movement whatsoever. People started to get out of the drive thru queue. I got out of line and went inside just to find more people waiting. The staff moves like snails in slow motion. There’s no reason why the line looks like a Black Friday special is going on. It’s supposed to be fast food. Fast. Not 30+ mins like some of the other reviews here state. Very frustrating.

I’ve been ordering there chicken power bowls, now the chicken cantina bowls for over the last 5 years and the last few times I have been there and ordered them they have had almost nothing in them a quarter of the bowl is actually full of food maybe 3-4 spoonfuls and for $8 it’s ridiculous. When confronted employees about it they were nice and handled it well and said the reasoning behind it is to cut on costs to give employees more hours.

8/3/25 i Was there last night at around 1am. I ordered two 5 layer burritos and 2 dorito supremes. They only gave me 1 of each. While i wasn’t charged for the other 2 i waited in for 30 mins stuck in the drive through. Afterwards i went home and as i but down on my dorito supreme the lettuce was still frozen straight ice! That night shift sucks. Ill post a pic but you cant really tell but its was literally frozen lettuce.

I don’t go to Logansport’s Taco Bell very often but when I do, the service isn’t the best. It honestly seems like they hate their job(which I get it fast food isn’t always the best but at least try.). I get the quesadillas and it’s like 50/50, either cut in the right way but not all the way through(like barely any pressure) or it’s cut all jagged and all over. Just not best tasting food at this one either.

I LOVE Taco Bell!!! But the last several times I have gone their refried beans were dried out and gross make the burritos, mini taco salad, and nachos taste horrible. Just not going anymore. You would think when the go to serve and and it comes out in a dry clump lile a scoop of ice-cream that they would get you different ones. It happens over and over and I’m sick of it.

Absolutely atrocious! I went inside with my girlfriend and I ordered 2 flaming hot burritos my girl ordered a chicken quesadilla and crunchwrap supreme. Costed me $34.50. Both of my burritos had rock hard rice that hurt when I chewed. I showed my girlfriend and she immediately put down her crunchwrap in disgust. I went and talked with an employee and showed him. He said it was normal, “maybe just overcooked rice”. I told him thank you, threw away what we had left, and am now swearing to never touch Logansport Taco Bell ever again! We gotta do better Taco Bell!!!
