Currently at 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru. Watched a car waiting in front of me get their food and then angrily have to get out and go in because the workers forgot sauce packets. As you can see from the pic. They have to walk food to the drive thru so often, they have worn a path in the ground.

Took over half an hour for an order placed in store through the app. Watched as multiple customers came in, ordered, and left with their orders before ours. Absolutely absurd that a sit down real restaurant could have gotten us served faster than this mess of a “fast” food place.

Shut down this boringly remodeled circus of mediocrity and fire the inattentive, incompetent staff.

Well… Not the worst Tacobell I’ve ever been to but it’s probably the second worst.

Service: 2/10 I watched five people get the wrong order, not including mine. Two of them were asked to pull up to the front of the building and wait for their order, just to come back in and grab a different one. It was a good 20/30 minute wait for food. Ordered inside but when they called the order they just kept repeating C, we put Clinton B down for the ticket so that was odd. There was a table that ordered as we were walking in they got half their order and then about 15 minutes later got the other half. Though clearly lacking, the staff was rather nice.

Cleanliness: 0/10 Adding pictures because WOW, we picked the cleanest spot they had, the tables were all seemingly cleaned but the floors were just gross. The bathroom was disgusting as well (this was about 11:45 a.m.)

Food: 8/10 Tasted amazing for food that seemed just thrown together. They weren’t stingy on ingredients, Chipotle Chicken Wrap aside. Probably the best put-together hard shells I’ve seen from a taco bell, but the burritos were rather beat-up looking, and I mean looked like they had been punched in the middle.

Absolute Truth
Consistently the worst taco bell within a hundred miles… atleast. Their beef is nothing like other taco bells, looks like catfood. They cant get a special order right to save their lives. Id guess they cant read bc “extra cheese” isnt that hard to comprehend, they manage to charge me for it every single time though.

Would love to see this place with an overhaul in management and the employees.

I order a luxe cravings box, my crunchwrap supreme had no meat on it, and my crunchy taco was broken with minimal meat in it.

Honestly, the fact that they make you pull around so they can cheat the sensor is UNACCEPTABLE when on average I have to wait 20 minutes or more for my food in the drive-thru. We tried to go in and order one time, and another customer passed us and said “good luck, it took me 40 minutes to get my food”. So this is a chronic problem. Management needs to take a hard look at their standards.

Also this was our last week’s meal quality. Beans that were so dry they crumbled with hard white pieces and burnt dry chicken in the chalupa with a stale, inedible shell.

PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR REVIEWS AND MAKE A CHANGE

EDIT: after having Taco Bell from many other places around I realized that this Taco Bell is like an abu$ive relationship…you don’t realize how truly bad it is and what you’ve put up with until you get out of it. Other Taco Bell’s around the area (specifically Wabash and Peru IN) are consistently better and I refuse to order from this Taco Bell anymore. It’s not worth the wait or the price.

I went there to get dinner on my way home but didn’t think to check it until I got home. I paid for extra cheese and meat and did not receive that. I paid $8 for these nachos and I’m highly disappointed. I hardly ever write reviews but this is the second time now that I’ve ordered this meal and did not receive the extra toppings. The workers at the window were super friendly

I’ve been to this Taco Bell on and off now for about six months. I can confidently say the issue is management. Employees are not trained properly. The employees are pleasant and nice. They are not the issue.

For instance if you get one order for 3 tacos and a burrito, one order for 2 tacos, one order for a burrito. You don’t make each individual order on their own. You make five tacos and two burritos. There were six people working and all of them not together. Each person just making individual orders and one person just watching the nacho fries being cooked.

They also trick their stats by having all cars pull around the building so it looks like drive through orders are completed, but they have someone running g each individual order all the way through the dining room, down the path, to the waiting cars out front. And this person just keeps running orders in and out. I waited TWENTY MINUTES for four items and saw a minimum of 10 orders walked out front.

If I owned this Taco Bell I’d clean house with management and get someone who knows what they’re doing.

My order was messed up twice, but management is good at fixing the issue.

New Day:

I received a free item in my app and decided to give them another try I am leaving pictures because they’re not getting my business anymore the manager made my Cantina chicken taco and she didn’t even make it right the last time I had it it wasn’t like this and it was crushed. I got a loaded nacho with no beans extra meat and onion I got home and because they took so long to make one taco my nachos were soggy and there was barely any meat on it, so I paid for extra meat but didn’t get it. I will definitely be driving all the way over by Walmart just to get better quality. You all need new staff!!

P.S. don’t get the guacamole it has zero flavor
