From the hostess NOT greeting with a smile (I almost asked her if she was ok) to customers being segregated (I asked the hostess to seat us somewhere else) then the food being incorrect and once the server was informed that I took a video, he asked to see the timestamp to make sure. When my food was brought to me, I was asked if I wanted steak sauce and my exact words were “no, because I ordered my steak medium well”. Waiter did ask if I wanted my food re-done but I honestly felt uncomfortable sending my food back so I asked for steak sauce instead however I didnt enjoy the steak and ended up giving it away, the rest of my food was great. I did let the waiter know I didn’t enjoy my steak and his response was that the check was already pulled so it was too late to send it back. I wasn’t sending it back, I was giving him feedback because I am still willing to visit again and would like a better experience if there is a next time. I tipped him $20 cash on our $77 check and left. I haven’t been to a chili’s in years but was hoping for a better experience

The wife wanted to try the new Cheese Sticks she saw on TikTok so we went to Chili’s! The service was fast and on point. The drinks were good! The Chips and Salsa were fresh. The cheese sticks were amazing! Quick and easy date night!

Went for dinner. The three and me for 10.99 is a great deal The food was good. I was very impressed with the service. The server came by numerous times to refill drinks and check on our satisfaction with our order. I wii return again. Highly recommended

Wonderful staff, ESPECIALLY WALLY!, fun and funny. Nice energy environment. Good is outstanding. Steak is surprisingly high quality. Chef perfectly cooked my steak to My Requested “rare, closer to blue but warm please.” I don’t expect perfection; but they gave it to me. Would recommend

So this Chili’s is the best because of the people that work there and how great the food tastes. I’ve been there a few times and there are 2 waiters that go above and beyond: Ashley (with the cute nails) and another older gentleman that wears glasses. They just cater to you like you’re at a 5 star restaurant and they are so kind. But the team that they work with is also amazing because as soon as you put in an order their teammates practically bring it out…no matter how busy it is the food comes out faster then most places. Food quality is spectacular because it’s always fresh and perfectly comes and flavored. Love burger, quesadillas, and fajitas, but the kids meals are also so delicious! We drive further just to go to this Chili’s to get excellent food for fair price and world class service! Thanks everyone there!

Came to this location for the first time and was not disappointed! They were pretty busy around 5:30ish and they only had around 3 servers, but they were working real hard! Got sat right away and our waitress Sydney came over as quick as she could. She was amazing and helped us out with ordering and the check!
We got the triple dipper and it was great! I’ve already had it at another location and it’s still good. The honey-chipotle tenders are ok (nothing to really die for) but the fried mozzarella and mouth bites were good. Triple dipper is a great entree that can easily feed 2 people and has plenty of combinations.
The molten chocolate cake was nice, and you can get a mini one for around $4 as opposed to the full size one which is about $10.

personally i’ve never been someone who goes to restaurants often, but i’ve recently started exploring around town and when i say i have come to this chili’s many times i mean it, it such a warm welcome and it’s even better when i have my favorite server max, he is a very respectful and friendly person to have as a server and a new local friend. i’m glad that i got to have a great first experience with max being my server and the food has never let me down.

Tylor, our waiter really made this experience for my family of four! He was fast at service and often checked on my family! My 6 month old daughter Felicia loved the food and it was her first chewable food! Tylor helped us clean her messes and was so welcoming!
