Ordered a taco and burrito cravings pack and a Mexican pizza tonight. For some reason, the staff here decided to put the burritos on top of the Mexican pizza. That’s just ridiculous. No reasonable human being would think that’s the right way to load a bag of fast food.

This Taco Bell ALWAYS skimps on how much they put in their tacos. Always be thin and barely anything in there. Employees are not friendly and clearly hate their job. I recommend going to the other one on Lincolnway. They stuff their tacos fat and they are always pleasurable and friendly. It’s worth the little extra drive to go to that side of town. I promise.

Man, dealing with this Taco Bell is a pain. Ordered delivery and was missing half the order(not an exaggeration). What do I get? A “reward” that doesn’t cover the delivery fee or the costs of the items. To top it off, the food received was cold(not lukewarm. Cold). I want a full refund because I’m just gonna eat something else, but that’s not possible apparently. Don’t order from this location because it’s gonna be missing items, cold, and no refund

Drive through woman was so rude. Came tonight, Friday. Not personable at all. I’m a patient person but she was not so patient and very rude. Got the new loaded nacho fries with steak, the smallesttttt portion I’ve ever seen for almost $6. Not a happy trip at all.

Ordered 53 dollars worth of food, they read the order back three times, messed almost ALL of the food up but by far the worst part was the three chicken quesadillas, instead of saying they were out of quesadilla shells they gave us half of normal size quesadillas and didn’t even say anything! So when I got home I called and the person who answered hung up on me when I was explaining what happened!! Absolutely ridiculous will be contacting corporate about the matter.

The robot gives me the WORST anxiety. I refuse to go there anymore due to that alone. Prices are ridiculous. The workers are usually very sweet, but the whole experience is just sad. Fast food in this economy? Nah.

I’m not sure what the negative comments are here for. Unfortunately, the line here is typically long, but there’s only this and a McDonalds open this late so it makes sense for them to be busy. There’s also not many fast food options in this area of town, but this staff is so awesome! I come here mostly at night and the people here are awesome, they try to get your order out as fast as you can and I’ve only ever had nice interactions with them.
