I ordered and had food delivered to my car from their pick up lane,the food was so cold,I threw my frys to the birds,but the young girl that brought My food out was so sweet ,happy and kind..otherwise I’d have no stars for this McDonald’s, the worst one yet far as the food,I have ever been too.geese,I dunno.lol

They don’t give the stickers for the McDonalds prize monopoly game. I order a quarter pounder and they didn’t give me any sticker I asked and the lady said they don’t have anymore even though behind her the sticker was behind her.

This use to be a good McDonald’s. Over the last few months the staff has mostly changed. Now your lucky if someone is willing to take your order. My family stood today for 15 mins well 2 managers and one younge girl stood talking. They looked at us waiting 3 times and continued to talk. The last few times we have ordered the food is missing or not made correctly. We live a mile away and come here almost every day. Now we will be driving to a different McDonald’s since they have crap customer service and our orders are made incorrectly. Such a shame. They use to be on point.

The staff was rude. I would have gotten better service from a robot to be perfectly honest, but I wouldn’t expect much from this location except maybe common human courtesy.
The most heinous of all being that refills are NOT free. You have to place another order, God forbid their beverages comprised of 90% ice are insufficient in regards to quenching my thirst. I also find this location does not want to participate in many of McDonald’s advertised deals.

Normally love it here , but yesterday it was extremely slow. On top of that they got my order wrong and even though THEY got my order wrong I had to pay even more money instead of them just giving me a fry. They took my bag back and my receipt and never gave either back I had to wait for them to open up the window just to get my food back they took because they didn’t believe me.on top of all of that the boy in the window was so busy talking and texting that he wasn’t paying customers any mind.
