This particular Taco Bell location continues to never give me all the items that I order. I’ve been going to this one for a few years now and just about every other time I’m missing one or two tacos of burritos for my order and I have to go back in to get them. I will say that their drive-thru is fast, but I believe that might be part of the problem why they are always missing items from my order.

I went here earlier today and they no longer have the quesarito anymore…ok fine but u specifically asked for chicken substitution because I don’t eat beef or pork. They deny my request of a chicken crunch wrap supreme and gave me another option of getting the 5-layer subbing beans for rice and beef for chicken. I finally get home to eat and I take a bite or 2 and I immediately taste beans and beef. I’m pissed because now I’ve lost my appetite and I am going to be extremely sick.

Pulled up in drive-thru no one in line and parking lot fairly empty at around 5:45. I order 2 Deluxe Cravings Boxes with one of them asking for a beef chalupa instead of steak with Pepsi to drink on both and ordered a side of beef. The lady on speaker as soon as I told her I wanted to switch the chalupa got a attitude of telling me to hold on. I wanted about a minute and she came back on I heard her say yes and someone else say no at same time. When I looked on line what what wanted before getting there it said I had an option to swap the chalupa choice to beef. On the order screen before I pulled off and when asked if order was correct I said yes because it showed one of the boxes with the swap of a beef chalupa. Pull up when she opens window she tells whoever she is on phone with by blue tooth she will have to call them back and she proceeded to complete my.whike transaction. Get home we had everything but both chalupas ended up being steak instead of one of them beef, no nachos to our meals, the 5-layer burrito was a joke and the cheese cups were barely half full. Sorry I bothered the staff to even make my meal right let alone make sure everything was there before passing out window. I know I could have checked before I left but also the expo part of job could have been better and overall service.

This store is constantly out of items or the indoors is closed. I have also ordered on the app more than once just to arrive at the store and they say they can’t fill your order and they can’t refund your money and the app no longer allows you to claim your order as not received and you do not get your money back. Went there this week and they were out of soft taco shells AND potatoes which were 2/3 of the items I ordered. They did offer good customer service and replaced my items with similar value items which I appreciate

Fryer was down, fine. Wouldn’t replace my item that had fried potatoes with one that was $0.50 more. Whatever. Wouldn’t refund. Ok. The final straw was the perfume that was all over my food wrappers. It was so potent that I could smell it over the food. That is a food service violation. Manager with the red hair needs to get a new job.

They are so rude!! I made a pick up order 15 minutes before I got to the location. When I got to the last drive thru window and told the lady in red hair that I had a pick up order she immediately had an attitude and continued yelling and raising her voice at me. She was upset that I didn’t tell my order at the intercom, which I completely understand but her delivery was completely disrespectful and not at all good customer service. Then her other coworker a short dark haired male was just as rude re explaining what she just said. I simply explained I was unaware and the app gave me two options to select from to pick it up in the drive thru or indoor. I selected drive thru so I felt they disrespectful and rude tone and behavior to be terrible customer service for a simple misunderstanding. It was very overdramatized and beyond rude. I came to this establishment numerous times and always have issues with the same two workers here.

The nacho fries SLAP!!!! I am so glad they are back along with the Mexican Pizza. That’s about all I ever get from any taco bell!! Some are hit and miss but for the most part they hit. The service was kinda slow and confusing at first cause no one would take my order but I finally figured out that the kiosk is the way to go even if your paying cash.
