The last two times I came to this location for a Nacho Bell Grande they’ve been FANTASTIC. I always go around lunch time and whoever makes these, just know that I appreciate you. The chips are fresh, not cooked in old oil like Noblesville and there is no skimping on toppings.

I have been to this Taco Bell many times over many years. Food is always pretty good. I walked in today to see a sign on the “customer service“ counter stating the orders needed to be entered on the kiosk. I turned around and walked out. I will not visit this Taco Bell again. I did not go into the restaurant to perform a part-time job. Maybe if there was a discount associated with putting my own order in the system I would consider it.

Extremely unsatisfying experience at the Elwood Taco Bell tonight for our family of 4. The 2 not even half full chipotle melts were supposed to have extra sauce which we were charged for. 1 and a third pieces of chicken each. The nacho fries weren’t even half full and tasted like they were made yesterday. The not even half full cheese cup was also cold and had a nasty film on top. The chicken quesadilla was almost void of sauce and had less than half the normal amount of chicken. I called to ask if anything could be done and got put on hold forever until I eventually gave up and hung up.

If there was a -5 star, I would give it! Service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Waited in line at the drive thru for literally 20 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. I pulled up to the window and the young man was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking where my food was. He rolled his eyes and said “I don’t know man” and closed the window! Meanwhile, going back to his phone showing others what appeared to be TikTok videos. I’ve come to this location after work about 3x a week for the past few years. NEVER AGAIN! Oh and, my order was wrong and cold ❄️

There is ALWAYS something wrong here. Out of something, can’t do cash transactions, lobby closed, drive thru closed. It’s ALWAYS something. Manager had to get her DM’s approval on a transaction adjustment of under $10. Terrible, terrible fast food stop.

The pictures are of a chili cheese burrito. First time trying it. It was dry and had more shell than anything. Also, we didn’t get everything we ordered and, there wasn’t any lettuce on anything. I understand if they ran out, but we were not told they were out. We don’t eat out often. Taco Bell is usually my pick, when we do. I’m very disappointed.
