Terrible food and service. We work in a home with individuals, thought taco bell be a quick easy lunch for them. We went through and got a party pack of tacos (12) wanted mild sauce, they gave us 4 sauce packets…not even enough for all the tacos.
Most all the tacos only had lettuce on them or lettuce and cheese.
The kids in the drive through were extremely rude as well.
On a Saturday at 12:30pm. Unacceptable.

I’m a door dasher and I drove 20 minutes to this Taco Bell and the order still wasn’t ready, had to wait another 15 mins. The staff is super young and I could tell their friends were in the lobby by the way they acted. I get it younger folks need jobs to, but professionalism need to be in place. And 20-40 minutes wait for food is crazy.

This location is awful. Every-time we go here it’s terrible. Tonight did me in for never returning. We ordered from door dash. It said we still had 15 mins. I had my husband go in because it looked like it was already there and it was. They didn’t send an update that it was already done. They rushed through it so fast that our beefy burritos were only beans. Then the rest had basically nothing in it either. $30 for trash food. I’m good on it. Enjoy wasting your money here.
Update: Tried to eat here again and was yet disappointed again. I ordered steak and extra steak on top of that. I got cheese and a little bit of chicken. $3 extra dollars for no steak whatsoever!

2024 Update: Have been visiting this location 1-2 times a month now, always order with the app, and my orders have been correct and made quickly which is a vast improvement from last year. Location is easy to find and well laid out with plenty of parking, store interior is clean.
2023 – Used to use the app to order pick up several times a month, but last 3 times in a row have had items completely missing from orders, employees haven’t been friendly, so taking a break for awhile.

The staff was rude and forgot my friend’s burrito. I got a chicken quesadilla and it tasted fine but made my stomach hurt for hours afterwards, I’m guessing it was old.
