They forgot 4 items out of 10 item order. When I walked inside to retrieve those missing items I was greeted with a hateful manner like it’s my fault they didn’t get all the items. When the got the items they just threw the bag of items on the counter not set the bag down threw the bag. And not one apology. I’ve gone to the this location several times and not once have they got all the items in the bag the first time around. They need a crew that can have fun but get the job done right the first time. Not like the crew they have now who When they mess up its your fault cause you interrupting their fun

Went to grab some food through the drive through. Staff was very slow. Waited 30 minutes before I even got to take my order. Once I took my order and pulled up to the window, the drive through cashier was eating and handling money without washing her hands. Some of the employees on line were not wearing gloves. My food was horribly burnt. Would not recommend this location. Never had this problem at any other location.

Food was horrible not only taste but packaged the drinks tasted like carbonation… service was alright barely had an encounter with employees,it took forever to be able to order wasn’t asked if we needed any sauce…no one knows the menu or prices all,the presentation of the store , inside and out was very depressing.. ♀️

So upset, ordered nacho bell grande ask for extra cheese and jalapeno and they charge me for it if course which i dont mind but really forget to spread on some extra cheese barely any cheese at all got half just plain chips and a few jalopenos, WHY!!! I don’t get why the one making the food can’t make it just like they would like it ,if they were the one waiting on the order ya know!!
