First and last time I’m going to this Taco Bell. Paid almost $7 for a quesadilla and there was almost no meat on it. My nacho fries were only half full, the the nacho cheese cup was also only half full. The portions are a rip off at this location. They are using less ingredients than they are supposed to. Very unhappy.

We ordered 2 soft taco supremes -lettuce, 2 cheese roll ups with light beef and 2 hard tacos. We received 2 soft tacos with light beef and very light cheese, 2 cheese roll ups with light cheese and extra beef and the hard tacos were the only thing that was right. We’ve been there 3 times and only got the right order once. By far the worst Taco Bell in the area.

Struggled with the machine that didn’t seem to work right and I can’t remember her name but came up and took my order as frustrated as I was she was extremely polite and asked what she could do to help I apologized for being upset at the machine to place the order and she was extremely professional and helped me then at the end another worker was also friendly and helpful to guide me to the survey site truly was a great experience today and thankful for all the help including the good food I got too also thank you all for the help and including the people that made the meal too

How this company has lasted so long I have no clue.
Personally, I wouldn’t eat Taco Bell
if I was starving, but my son likes it. They always mess up orders. Half the time you don’t get what you ordered and have to unwrap everything you did manage to receive to find what sort of resembles what you thought you ordered!
The price is average to ridiculous for the quality and quantity of food you get.
The only reason they’re not all 1 star is that they’re usually very clean and the people are often very friendly.

I went to the Taco Bell in New Carlisle.. I ordered a stacker no Chipotle sauce and then inquired about the beefy potato burrito. The girl told me it had nacho sauce on it but failed to mention the Spicy Chipotle sauce on it, so when I received it, it had Spicy Chipotle sauce all over it ..which I am allergic to.. (spicy food). I took the burrito back and told them I needed to get a burrito without the spicy sauce like the other item that I had ordered. The manager comes to the window and was very rude and asked to see my receipt, then he said ” It wasn’t rung up that way” and I said well I asked for no spicy and you did not tell me that burrito had Spicy Chipotle sauce on it so I need to get one without the Spicy Chipotle sauce as I am allergic to spicy food and it hurts my stomach very bad and makes me extremely ill!
The girl that helped me was very nice and she said she’s the one that made the mistake because she didn’t tell me that it had Spicy Chipotle on it and the manager was still adament that I need to pay for another burrito insisting it was not there mistake! So the night manager on Wednesday night was very very rude and said “you’ll have to pay for it” and then I ask him his name and he couldn’t even give me his name and I ask him the location number and he said it’s on the receipt.. everything I ask him he kept saying it’s on the receipt it’s on the receipt!! He was so rude! I’ve never been treated that way at a Taco Bell – or any other fast food restaurant! I could not believe it! Be careful if you go to that location..the Wednesday Night (Shift Manager) does not know how to treat customers, and will not admit to their own mistakes! I will not be going back there!

I ordered 5 tacos last night and tonight with Pico De Gallo instead of cheese. Theres not enough for even half the taco I just opened. I even asked that they put some on tonight it still sucks. It is only on half. I also ordered 2 burritos haven’t checked them yet. Will call corporate tomorrow and load pictures after I check my burritos.

Since Taco Bell has joined our little town, my mother who is 78 years old will drive up there to get her food. I just wanna say thank you Taco Bell for very, very kind impatient with her!
She will come home and say whoever was making the burritos tonight knew exactly how to make them ….. and there’s night she’ll come home and say they must be new because they don’t know how to make a burrito.
But overall, she hasn’t made me go back to Huber Heights to get her Taco Bell anymore. They’re doing very well and New Carlisle at making her food!
