The service at this location is terrible! The staff (pregnant lady and older lady) especially, have ZERO customer service skills. They are extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. The entire experience felt like we were bothersome as customers. The counter and dining area need a GOOD cleaning. The food was subpar.

First time trying American Deli, ordered the teriyaki wings. Wings were amazing, well at least the sauce was. The wings themselves were fried a little too hard this time, however other than that I would visit again. Customer service was also great!

There is no customer service, just bad attitudes and the tiniest chicken wings I’ve ever eaten. For nearly $2 a wing, I expect more than a 2 inch skinny little wing. I see other reviews with the same experience, so this clearly isn’t a one off. I’ll try a different location and see if service/food quality is better.

I had the worst experience in the Garners Ferry location today. I called to place a pick up order onlyto be on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. I call back and was told ” we’re busy and must have forgot” How you forget a customer?? Customer service is disgusting. Both the ladies have bad attitudes and a nasty disposition. They speak so nasty to the customers. Their body language and facial expressions show how much they don’t want to be there. Whatever your circumstances if this is not the job for you then do better. There was more than one customer complaining. Then the older lady turned off the phones because she was tired of taking orders. I can promise this, my family will NEVER grace this establishment with any of our hard earned money.

Sooooo 1st time going to American Deli on G. Ferry. I cut my sandwich into 3rds, first bite was definitely BREAD. So I looked harder at my sandwich. An I’m extremely bothered at this philly sandwich It has damn near NO MEAT! Literally only that little portion in center (No Joking, look yourself). They smoothered it in cheese, and with peppers so I didn’t notice thee Extreme Lack of meat in this $16 philly & 5 wing combo. Smdh ♀️. Chicken wings are always good, no complaints there. I won’t be returning thou, especially not to this one. Go to DECKER location, 5 ⭐ ALWAYS & there Never stingy on portion size!! Also more friendlier staff.

I am visiting from NJ the cashier did not display good customer service when I asked how the wings came (amt.) She pointed to the wall and said “it’s up there”, I asked for a large tea she gave a small one and when I opened my food the wings were so hard I couldn’t eat all of them. I wasn’t pleased at all 2 out of 10 I really hope this improves for my next visit.
