First of all, I go here 3 days a week and get the same order those 3 days. So I know my total. I order the number 8. Supreme, keep sour cream, no lettuce, no tomato. Well I went to order today and almost got charged an extra 50 cents to add sour cream??? My order total is normally 9.97. If sour cream isn’t part of the Supreme then someone please change my mind. Then I get home and look at my meal the quality of the food wasn’t great like the other 2 days I recieved my order. Like come on people. I’m sorry your feelings got hurt because I know how to do your job better then you. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

I don’t know the name of the fine gentleman that served us tonight.. But tell you what he was running whole operation on his own with a smile on his face!! He took our order & walked it out to us. & you better believe he didn’t forget anything. Did I mention he even made a joke while taking our order. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD! Nasty rude manager. They take your order have you pull around the building and after 14minutes still no food? How long does it take to make 3 tacos and 3 burritos? Never refunded my money and the mgr got nasty when I asked for a refund then hung up on me! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EVER GO BACK! I’ll spend my hard earned money somewhere else.

We had a great experience. It was my first time getting the breakfast and I’m impressed. We got the steak breakfast burrito. I would definitely ask for extra steak and potato. They never seem to put enough on and then you have all egg. The cashier was very polite and kind. The food took a bit to come out but overall it was a great experience!

This location has never given us all of the food we ordered in the past. Tonight they flat out refused to serve us at 8:45 pm on a Saturday. First we were told they were out of beans and we would have to reorder, so I did. Then when we pulled up to the drive through window, we were ignored for ~30 minutes until I realized they were serving other customers and having them pull around to the front so they could continue ignoring us. I walked around and asked a worker after he served another customer to confirm they had received our order and he lied to my face this time and said “now we’re all out of beef” and continued to ignore me with no suggestion of how to resolve the issue or to cancel the order. I finally took the hint and cancelled our order for the second time and went somewhere else. Will never be returning to this location.

I’m a regular at this restaurant and the wait tonight was ridiculous. I was in the drive thru waiting for half an hour, and my order was incorrect to boot! I ordered 2 Steak nacho fries burritos and got NO fries in them, after asking if they had any fries. I also asked for no ranch sauce and got sauce on them. I’m at a loss how someone messes up something as simple as this. If you don’t have fries just tell me! My order was rang in correctly, but the foodmakers have no idea what they’re doing.Your drive thru lady working at 10:45 saved you from anything below 3*; she is always very polite and gets my order correct every single time.

Employees are disrespectful. I went To pick up a DoorDash order and the door was opened. They told me the lobby was closed and i informed Then i was Just here to pick up a DoorDash and that the door was opened. The drive thru attendee made the comment that it’s common sense that it was locked. If that were the case i wouldnt Have been able to walk inside. Then the other two employees proceeded to make comments as i walked out the door. The one that followed me to the door then proceeded to make comments as well. Very rude and unfriendly behavior. Never will come here for my dashes or my own food.
