⭐️ ZERO STARS — Taco Bell, Milford OH (Drive-Thru)

I repeated my order twice and made it very clear that the Luxe Box needed to be correct. The employee even confirmed that she “understood the assignment.”
…Well, she definitely did not.
What we received instead:
• Cinnamon twists instead of chips & nacho cheese
• A chicken chalupa with what tasted like a 3-day-old shell instead of a fresh beef supreme
• 5 hard tacos that were soft & 1 soft taco that was hard (should’ve ordered the opposite — maybe then it would’ve been right)
• A 5-layer burrito with the insides smashed out and smeared all over the outside
We also had 2 coupons but could only use one — normally understandable, but not after this disaster of an order.
By the time we got home and saw the mess, there was no way I was going back out in 20-degree weather to show them how ridiculous everything was. Honestly, I should’ve taken videos because words don’t do it justice.
The saddest part? The cashier typed the order in wrong even after confirming it twice! So you can’t even blame the cook. And it wasn’t a young newbie — she was old enough to know better.
Absolutely ridiculous.
That’s on me for wanting fast food at midnight… maybe this will teach me.

I haven’t ate Taco Bell in years because where I live in Northern Kentucky they are all absolutely horrible. So, while in the area I decided to stop here and try. My family and I were pleasantly surprised! Everything was hot, made very well, tasted great, and the employees were really nice. They did forget a few tacos but we went right back in and they gave them to us really quick. I wish the Taco Bell’s in NKY were this great! We visited on 10/5/25
Will definitely return if I am in the area again.

Used to be, we started coming here as other locations were going downhill. Looks like this location has started down that same slope. Most recently they forgot one item, didn’t give sauces (that we paid for), burnt one of our burritos, gave us steak instead of chicken. That’s was just one order, and no they weren’t busy. No one in restaurant and only one other car in drive thru. Looks like Taco Bell is just not going to get any better.

The lady at the drive thru around 1pm on Feb 10 was completely rude for no reason what so ever I am always polite to service industry workers she started with rude at the speaker and it got worse until the when she slammed the window. I think maybe another course on how to properly deal with customers is a must

Worst Taco Bell around. First of all this location is rounding your total bill up to next dollar amount and blaming it on the penny issue AND not even letting the customer know. My total was $16.33 and they rounded it to $17.00!! When I questioned they blamed it on the stopage of penny production. I PAID WITH A CARD. THEN AFTER ALL THAT FIASCO THE ORDER WAS TOTALLY WRONG AND I HAD TO GO AROUND AND BACK IN. WHAT A JOKE. WHEN GOING IN THERE WAS A GROUP OF PEOPLE AT THE COUNTER ALL UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE

First of all, I go here 3 days a week and get the same order those 3 days. So I know my total. I order the number 8. Supreme, keep sour cream, no lettuce, no tomato. Well I went to order today and almost got charged an extra 50 cents to add sour cream??? My order total is normally 9.97. If sour cream isn’t part of the Supreme then someone please change my mind. Then I get home and look at my meal the quality of the food wasn’t great like the other 2 days I recieved my order. Like come on people. I’m sorry your feelings got hurt because I know how to do your job better then you. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

I went throught he drive thru today and wa given the wrong order. When I came into the store, the big woman working the window told me I ordered my food wrong. I got left up front without a word and one point I asked for a refund twice but they both went ignored. After waiting they finally got me my food, but unfortunately that was wrong too 20 seconds after telling the manager what i wanted. Not going back to this trash Taco Bell

I’m a regular at this restaurant and the wait tonight was ridiculous. I was in the drive thru waiting for half an hour, and my order was incorrect to boot! I ordered 2 Steak nacho fries burritos and got NO fries in them, after asking if they had any fries. I also asked for no ranch sauce and got sauce on them. I’m at a loss how someone messes up something as simple as this. If you don’t have fries just tell me! My order was rang in correctly, but the foodmakers have no idea what they’re doing.Your drive thru lady working at 10:45 saved you from anything below 3*; she is always very polite and gets my order correct every single time.

I stopped in on my way through Milford. I usually don’t have an issue but this time was fair quality. Chicken quesadilla: it was warm not hot, even with a relatively short wait time. The cheese was less than and barely started to melt (shredded cheese was still formed). The quesadilla looked stabbed instead of cut. Do better Taco Bell
