Disgusting experience. I ordered two tacos today and found a hair embedded in the first taco when I opened it. Because of this, I refused to eat the second taco and my lunch was completely ruined. This is a serious food-safety and sanitation issue, not a minor mistake.
I have a photo documenting this. I expect a full refund or store credit for the entire purchase, as well as follow-up from management.

I wanted a quesarito but it’s not longer available…so I ordered it’s replacement and was not happy when I got home and unwrapped this… I’m done with Taco Bell. The ever changing menu and only bringing back favorites for a month or less has me done with them.

All of the food was cold not warm or hot. Also the order taker added an item to my order that I asked about but did not order. Forgot to put sauces that I asked for in the bag so I had no sauce. I had to get back to work so I couldn’t come back to correct it.

My name is Wayne simmermacherer I bought French fries and tacos at the Taco Bell on 42 on Saturday the 18th of October 2025 at 8:25pm.Their fries were literally so bad they’re like cold not cooked straight out of the freezer. I would not recommend anybody ordering the fries there, they let them set out too long before they give them to you they’re never fresh. You shouldn’t have to ask for fresh fries when you go to a place that you’re paying $28 for 2 people to eat. You pay good money for poor quality if they can’t get their quality up people should not eat there. Their tacos were absolutely disgusting too nothing crunchy all soft and damp. I would not recommend anything at this Taco Bell.

Food was good! No onions, that I paid extra for. It’s always a hit or miss if this place includes them. The store is a bit of a mess, tables are dirty, so is the floor. Employees ignore most people & don’t come out you just have to stand there awkwardly. There was a boy of one of the employees that was just walking around and cursing non stop.
