Jakim greeted us with a smile. He politely told us he was fixing food for a customer ahead of us but the server would be there shortly to help us with our order. Ivory made my burrito perfectly. He was polite and had a great personality! The food is always great every time I come. The special teas are addictive!

I ordered a high protein high fiber bowl and got hardly any chicken maybe three small cubes, no beans, and it was nasty and disgusting…. The app doesn’t care about their customers just said we will send feedback… The food upset my stomach and I will never return to this place again…. Also, I got half of a side of a pepper in my meal.

I wish the chipotle app would directly ask which location you want to send the order to instead of defaulting to the nearest location to you. I sent my order to this location by accident and immediately regretted it. I avoid this location like the plague and much prefer the Thompson ln location. This location is dirty, and the food is never fresh. $22 for a steak bowl and all of the ingredients taste old and soggy. The queso was cold and the steak had bad taste.

This Chipotle was SO dirty. I didn’t take hardly any photos because there were people around me. The work station was filthy, the food was everywhere, the trash was overflowing, the tables were gross, the napkins were out and the workers looked MISERABLE. The kitchen was indescribably nasty. One kid worker knew one of the customers and yells out to the register guy to give him his employee discount (do that discreetly, don’t shout it infront of everyone). I was seriously shocked at the filth of this restaurant and should have just taken the photos. The couple that I took do it ZERO justice. The food tasted fine, but the dirtiness was such a turn off. Honestly, I wish the health department had stopped by to see it, it was THAT bad. I will not ever go back to that location. I am not a chipotle person (DOS BROS IS SO MUCH BETTER, CLEANER AND HAS FRESHER FOOD!) but I had a sick child who wanted Chipotle. Also $28 for two bowls and a regular side of chips and queso is pretty steep, but Chipotle does give way larger portions than DosBros. All in all, avoid this location at all cost. I would have walked back out if it weren’t for my sick child wanting this.
ETA: The $6 chips and queso is tiny and the chips are cold and old/stale.

He even offered me an opportunity to try the Al Pastor Chicken, which I ended up ordering .
Incredible welcoming, incredible service, great experience.
He needs to be recognized by corporate as an example for all employees moving forward.

I have never left a bad review in my life, but what I witnessed today should never happen to anyone, and I feel strongly that someone needs to be made aware of it.
The level of customer service at this location has become unacceptable. I’ve been a regular customer here, but after what I saw today, I refuse to return.
Long story short, the employee working the register—the one with gauges in his ears—told a DoorDash driver that he could “apply and help make orders” simply because the driver asked if his order was ready. He then proceeded to curse at and belittle the customer, acting as if it was the driver’s fault that the location was understaffed and busy. After that, he continued making comments under his breath loud enough for everyone to hear, escalating the situation even further.
I am genuinely appalled by what took place. This is probably the fifth time I’ve visited this location in the past few months, and the service has consistently been atrocious. I am a manager myself, and I feel compelled to make someone aware of this employee’s behavior and how unacceptable it was.
If a manager would like further details, I would be glad to provide my full customer experience in hopes of improving the situation for others.

Limited topping options, Hair in my food, no forks I had to eat my bowl with a spoon. Chicken was not good either. Compared to other chipotle in Murfreesboro this was a huge disappointment. I will not be returning.

Each time I come to this location I get more and more disappointed . The burritos gets smaller and smaller each time . Yesterday I ordered a burrito . When I get my burrito it looks like half a burrito ! It was so small . Definitely my last time coming to this location .

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. Today, I went in and ordered my normal bowl with all the cold items on the side. First off, when I walked in the general manager said he was headed out the door. While I was checking out the general manager stepped in to make orders since the line was almost out the door. He went from making the orders to pushing the food down the line to rush the young lady at the register to hurry and ring up the orders. He literally pushed her out the way and started ringing up my second order. I ordered two separate bowls the exact same way. My first one was paid for. The confusion came when my second order was almost $30 for an order I just paid $11 for. The manager was yelling and screaming did I want it free or something and you have to pay for what you get. I showed him my previous receipt and explained to him how one order cost me one thing and this next order is over double that. He humiliated me in front of the customers and his staff, the young lady at the register tried explaining to him that it shouldn’t be an issue because I had all my stuff on the side so it made no sense to charge me for it. Not only did he cause this big scene in front of everybody, he literally threw the bowl away in front of us. I have never been spoken to in that matter especially from a general manager. He definitely isn’t leading by example for his employees because people walked away due to the way he was handling this situation. I will never be back to this location and somebody need to have better judgment when putting people in these type of positions. I am waiting on corporate to respond back to me but trust me save your time and money go somewhere they will appreciate you to be doing business with them.

I seriously can’t believe this chipotle stays open. I’ve been there at least 5-6 times over the course of the last 2 months and they have been out of either chicken, steak, cheese, beans.
Not long ago I went around 6:30 pm and the inside wasn’t even open. The only way you could get food was to mobile order. No sign on the door, nothing. On top of that it’s regularly the messiest location I’ve been in.
The last thing I will say is NEVER mobile order from this location. Not only do they absolutely rip you off with portion size. We have gotten other peoples food multiple times. The picture I posted is a regular size spoon and I mobile ordered a double chicken burrito.
Do yourself a favor and go to the one off Thompson lane. They’re locked in over there.
