Excellent food! Very friendly staff and the service was top notch. Everything we had was delicious especially the camel rider and chili. Ordered dessert and the hot roast beef to go. Can’t wait to try all. We will definitely be back!!

Extremely kind. My mom was in a car accident and parked outside and I needed to use the restroom. Not only did they ask if she was okay, they offered and gave us water and were willing to give us more. Absolute kindness. God bless you all. Jesus loves you!

Back in business down the road!
I ordered a steak, egg and cheese in a sack. It’s hefty and super hot.
I would suggest they put up a sign letting you know where to order and where to pay since the layout and format is a little different than their old location.
One of the few fast breakfast spots on Philips, a classic!

Fantastic little neighborhood sandwich shop! Got the crew at the Brakes 4 Less shop (my son works there) that is next to the shopping center that shane’s sandwich shop is located in, a total of 5 steak and cheesey egg omelette pita sandwiches. The eggs and steak are cooked to order and the pita bread is so soft and yummy I got myself a BLT pita as well ( I will be getting one of the steak and cheese omelette pitas on my next visit though!). The order came out quick which was shocking since I ordered a total of 6 sandwiches! Everything was piping hot, the eggs where perfectly cooked and fluffy I couldn’t even get any photos of the steak and egg pita sandwiches because the guys devoured them! I will definitely be a regular at this amazing little gem , I highly recommend trying them out! Skip one of the big chains and support a small, local, family owned restaurant like Shane’s!

Got hungry while my car was at a nearby brake shop. Dropping $500 on brakes will make you want something affordable, simple and quick and that’s what this place delivers. Greeted at 8:30 AM with a smile and surrounded by a packed house of blue collar types, always a good sign. Got a standard sausage, egg and cheese biscuit for six dollars. Nothing amazing by any means but did hit the spot. I just appreciate a nice simple place that does what it needs to do no frills. I’ll try the breakfast plates next time. Shane’s meets all the needs a fast food breakfast would (quick , affordable, comfort food)so why not give your money to a local business instead if you’re nearby?

There’s nothing quite like The food and the atmosphere at a small business like this and they have absolutely perfected it. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants good food at a good price

Every time we’re back in Jacksonville from Houston, a stop at Shane’s Sandwich Shop is a must! It’s literally tradition at this point. Texas might have the BBQ game on lock, but when it comes to sandwiches, nobody — and I mean nobody — does it like Shane’s. Every bite is packed with flavor, freshness, and that hometown love you can taste.
If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and go — you’ll understand why we can’t visit Jax without a Shane’s stop!

this is my favorite sandwich shop in Jacksonville. And this goes for both of Shane’s sandwich shop locations because I’ve used both over the years. This is a great family business offering delicious food at a very affordable price.
I love the breakfast here and the sausage gravy over biscuits is legit. But my favorite thing is the basic camel rider. And this is a sandwich with cold cuts, onion, lettuce, tomato mayonnaise, and mustard shoved into a half of a pita bread. It’s the best in all of Jacksonville. I love using the Phillips Highway location because I’ve seen those same gals working there for about 20 years now.
if you’re looking for a delicious lunch or breakfast, this is the place to go. Good food, good service and affordable prices. They’re coconut pie and banana pudding is top shelf and it’s probably being made by someone’s grandma in the back.
