The food here is really good overall. Only complaints I have is messing up my order and night crew is slow. It doesn’t happen a lot but it does happen where they make the wrong thing or is completely missing. Only thing I gotta say is always check the bag. The bathrooms are pretty clean. Nice seating and waiting area the floors are just sometimes sticky. Service people are pretty polite from my experience.

I understand crunchy tacos are gonna crunch. But i ordered one Doritos locos taco and a soft taco. And no, i didnt smash my own taco just for internet clout, id prefer to eat it. And this picture is right after i got home and i live three minutes away. It wasnt just sitting and its not soggy. If this taco bell sees this shell is ruined and STILL uses it, at least throw in a fork

All I wanted was a chalupa that was made fresh. Every, Single, Time, That I come in this store I always get a chalupa that’s hard on top and a soft on the bottom. And also check out this photo below, this is supposed to be a five-layer burrito no beans no sour cream and grilled. This thing is flat as a board. I actually went into the store to attempt to get this food replaced, and I got asked for my receipt when it was a mobile order. Then after remaking my order the next day, this is the burrito I get and I even walked in and gave back their chalupa since it was also hard. The chalupa is my favorite menu item, and this is how I get disappointed.

im beyond disgusted. my daughtera chips was smashed at the bottom of the bag not even eatable anymore and my chalupa was literally smashed the insides was was coming out the paper the grease soaked thru I couldn’t even eat it. I didn’t receive any forks for the 2 potato bowls I had gotten and my potatoes were so hard i couldn’t give them to my 1 year old bec he would have choked to death I will never in my life eat here again and I will show everyone I know what kind of service I got and oh yea thanks for the napkins I also didn’t receive when I was feeding 2 kids no neeed for those or anything.
