I came in at 3pm on a Friday. I ordered ahead on the website. Super easy. Got to the restaurant, which has a high end industrial vibe with mellow music playing. I tried to check in, and realized I had placed the order at the wrong location. The staff went above and beyond to help me, even calling the other location to cancel the order there. They were super sweet and understanding. I ordered the Mediterranean salad, a strawberry Pizookie, and the Strawberry Dream drink. SO YUMMY! I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a modestly priced, chill restaurant without the stuffiness of other brewhouses.

They took forever to refill drinks and when you order the deep dish nachos they barely put cheese dip on it. This location is not the best to go to ill suggest to go to another one. When I talk to the girl about how there’s was not really any cheese on it she was like oh so you want extra cheese I was like I wouldn’t say extra if there was barely any on it but she kept saying extra is very consistent on saying that we wanted extra cheese but she finally brought out this little container of cheese that still barely covered any of it. I suggest if they’re going to serve deep dish nachos that maybe that much cheese is not going to cover it.

Our lovely supposed to be dining experience began with an extended wait time on just receiving drinks alone. The waitress did not even ask if we wanted an appetizer . Then the food mind you there were 15 people in the whole restaurant. But to top it off and make the evening even more enjoyable, the waitress had the nerve after being informed that my fiancé‘s steak was very well overcooked and extremely tough. She walks by on the sly and ask for him to put it on an empty plate and that we would be given a comped. I ordered the chicken Parmesan, which was very good. “the only thing good about the whole visit “ then we ask to be given our receipt and were informed that a 25% discount was applied for the $35 meal that was complete trash and looking at the receipt they took off a Wimpy $8 and the whole meal was just terrible. I ended up providing a whole piece of chicken to my fiancé because of the steak being well overcooked and the chicken as well, which was very dry and I won’t even go there about the vegetables. Our final ticket was $88.75 and I very nicely rounded the bill up to $90 that included a $2.25 tip not deserved.

Tried to order a tall beer. They don’t serve the one beer that sounded interesting in tall. Only a short beer. All other beers listed add $2 more for a tall beer. Told them to keep their crappy beer. Asked for a wedge salad. Smallest most bland wedge salad I have ever had. Honey Sriracha Brussels sprouts were vinegary, no heat, no sweet. Do not recommend. Steer clear, eat cardboard instead.

This was our first visit. We were seated quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered shrimp tacos which were okay, The California Chicken club with fries. The bread was burnt, the sandwich was missing the avocado and the fries were over cooked. We also ordered the kids Mac N Cheese with fresh fruit. The Mac N Cheese looked like the kind you buy in a box. The fruit was good.

Absolutely top tier experience. Food was amazing and the service went above and beyond. They have a cocktail “glass” that you can purchase that is in the shape of a bathtub. We thought it cute but didn’t want the drink. Server got one for us and even offered to make a sundae in it! 11/10. Definitely going back.

My family and I are incredibly disappointed in the service we received tonight; or should I say lack there of!
The hostess took us all of 3ft and sat us at a booth, gave us our menus and walked off.
We were seated at the longer booth directly up front and watched and waited as waiters walked right past us and not one person acknowledged us. There was no missing us we were literally seated RIGHT THERE! We waited at our table for at least 15 minutes before walking out. We went to a different restaurant right down the road and had great service. We were seated and had our drinks ordered in a shorter amount of time than what we waited for while being ignored here. We still probably would have been waiting for someone to come to our table in the amount of time we waited, left, were seated at a different restaurant and ordered our drinks. It’s completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Had it of been a busy night I could maybe understand. But it wasn’t busy at all and there’s just no excuse for this kind of treatment.

Food was good and our waitress Saniya was great. The manager though was rude for one. Then she wouldn’t even let us use a tax exempt form. I brought basketball team in to eat. She started out with a bad demeanor when first walked in. Gotta do better when someone is choosing to spend a lot or even a little money with your company.
