It’s a wonderful place. The food is awesome! I had a Mad Love burger and bottomless sweet potato fries with fried pickles. Our server Allessa was awesome. You will not be disappointed! You should go!

Okay, so I usually just move on if I don’t like a place. No bad reviews, just never go back. But tonight? The service was just plain awful, and honestly, the whole experience was terrible.
Right when we walked in, it smelled like someone had just thrown up. Seriously, puke smell at the entrance. Then, we stood there for almost 10 minutes with no hostess in sight. I would’ve left, for sure, but it was the only place open nearby. I even tried calling out to see if anyone would notice us, but nope. Multiple staff members walked right by, saw us, and totally ignored us. I’d get it if the place was slammed, but it was basically empty, which now makes a lot more sense. We finally got seated eventually.
Inside wasn’t much better. You could smell straight-up poop from the bathrooms, and that’s just gross when you’re trying to eat. The floors felt greasy to walk on, and after all that, the food was just underwhelming.
Honestly, I don’t know what kind of staff they’re hiring, but everything about this place is just so far below average. There’s a huge lack of effort from everyone and everything – the staff, the food, the whole vibe. Never, ever coming back to this dump, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Red Robin has been one of my favorite “go-to’s” for better part of a decade. Having both Crohn’s and Celiac I have to be very careful to avoid gluten as it’s life threatening. Red Robin’s all around are a 4 star on food. Never been ill from even slightest cross contamination. But this particular RR is special to me. The service always seems to be above par. The wait staff are pleasant, and also genuinely considerate about my food allergies. Bravo! 10/10 of staff

Nice relaxing atmosphere with two special needs kids. Very friendly staff. The server lady ( who also plays drums in a band) was amazing! Food was fresh and weight was no more then 10 minutes.

Food was great, I got the new Scorpion Burger. Not abit hot but it was still delicious and well cooked. Got the garlic fries on the side and they were good too but verrrry garlicy. The server Cora was one of the best ive ever encountered. Super friendly, welcoming and kept our drinks full. She brought baskets of fries and even asked if we needed more. She was all over the place busy. At the end she helped us with the device payment thing. She made the visit. My reviews only a four cause the scorpion pepper wasnt scorpion to me, had the same heat as ketchup. Other than that highly recommend and cant wait to come back and hopefully we have Cora nxt time too.

Mixed reactions. One week it was fantastic. The next, it took 15 min to get a beer, they were out of the “$10 Yum burger” patties and the soda was flat. Go ahead, roll the dice. At least the food is good

Recently I went back and ordered a tower of onion rings. It comes with two dipping sauces ranch and BBQ on the side. Impossible burger with curly onion rings and chicken tenders with steak fry for kids meal.
We never go wrong with service we go here.

I would not go to Red Robin in Wilmington, North Carolina. I was very disappointed the second we walked in, the tables were gross, the menus had finger prints on them, the salt and pepper jars were sticky, and just the smell in the restaurant was gross. In fact, right once we got to our table we just left because we were sitting for 10-15 minutes at our table a not a single waitress or waiter came to our table. I don’t like writing bad reviews about restaurants, but this restaurant gave me a reason to. I would NOT try Red Robin in Wilmington, North Carolina

The food was excellent. The burgers, fries & onion rings were hot and delicious. Most of all our server, Summer was outstanding. She was very attentive & sweet. Her twin sister was great too. Thank you and we will be back.

Red Robin is always a great place for groups with food restrictions! The vegetarian options are great and it’s a fantastic spot for people with gluten allergies. They have designated fryers and my family has never had an issue with cross contamination here.
The service is always great as well!
P.S. the mozzarella sticks are absolutely delicious.
