Great service. Had a mobile order that, unfortunately, they didn’t have the “special” new item for — they notified me immediately, made sure to replace the item with exactly what I wanted AND still give me a coupon for a free taco next time I’m there. Worst taco bell ever! They closing the doors and no order inside without any sign for that”you have to figure it out by yourself”. This is the absolute worst fast food experience consistently. I don’t know why I ever think it’s going to be different? There are three cars in front of me and I have been sitting here for nearly a half hour. Yeah. Truth. No exaggeration. And to top it off, just about everything is sold thru on the menu. Whenever I order delivery from TacoBell, it picks this one as it is the closest. And every single time without fail the order is incorrect. From missing half the order, to all of the drinks, or replacing all of my food with 5Layers. I cannot remember a single time I’ve received the proper order.
