Every single time I order from here my order is wrong. This time I ordered a quesadilla instead of my usual cantina chicken crispy taco (which is also advertised as grilled with melted cheese and NEVER comes melted) everytime I order one of these items they manage to get it wrong. I specifically ask for NO creamy jalepeno, it says it on the bag tag, and on the receipt sure enough it’s loaded with creamy jalepeno. Also, I asked for a quesadilla this time AND FOR IT TO BE EXTRA GRILLED to ensure my cheese would be melted, and you guessed it shreds of cheese all up in it. Not only that, but also there was absolutely no cheese crusted on the outside as advertised. If you want anything on the cantina menu, choose a different Taco Bell because no matter how much you clarify a special request it will be overlooked. And even if you’re not adding a special request, you will not receive the product as advertised.

I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I was door dashing at this restaurant. Picking up 2 orders. I had to use the restroom, they have it locked. I asked about using the restroom and the rude manager said paying customers only. And before I could say I had just made a purchase through the drive thru.. a large pepesi with extra ice. The he she in the drive thru made a smart remark to the manager, she said we’ll what can I say if you don’t make a purchase you can’t go to the bathroom. And they all were just laughing and shrugging there shoulders. As I was leaving she said I have to use the bathroom really bad. And laughed. This is so inhumane. You don’t treat people like that. I was a paying customer. I always go to this location. But not anymore. I don’t like the way I felt when I left and don’t want anyone else to feel the way they made me feel. I will be contacting corporate.

Every time we order from this location, it’s always a fuss. We constantly have to go back so they can finish our order being that I have 4 people in our home and they always seem to give us 2 of our meals at a time. There’s only 1 girl there who’s very efficient, friendly and always tries to make things right. Everyone else has attitudes and has no people skills…. Time to revamp your employees, or at least hire ones that actually wants to work and wants to be there.

Ordered 2 blackbean crunch wraps with potatoes and 3 potato tacos. I wish I could post a picture. My tacos have 3 tiny pieces of potato on them lol. Maybe they were running low?

I went there on Saturday (8/16) around 12:15 to get lunch for my husband and I. At the drive thru I ordered two number 7 (quesadilla) combos but with steak instead of chicken on the quesadillas with a soft taco for one combo and no lettuce on the crunchy taco for the other combo. I had also ordered a chips with cheese and both drinks were the new Baja midnight. Those last items were the only thing correct about the entire order. The person working the drive thru didn’t repeat anything I ordered (despite me repeating it several times) nor was i asked to verify if anything on the screen looked correct. If I had been asked any of that I would have been able to say the order was incorrect at the time of ordering. Instead what was on the screen was an order for two luxe boxes which I has assumed was for the car in front of me (again no verification of my order was done while at the speaker or at the window). I paid for the order and drove home only to find out that the order that had been on the screen was the order they gave me. Most of the food had to be thrown out because there were ingredients on everything that either myself or my husband will not eat. My husband called shortly after I got home with the food and spoke with the manager on duty. She said we would just need to go back out one day and explain what happened and inform the manager working that the number 7 combos would be covered (thank you to Raina for trying to make things right). My husband went out there tonight (8/20) to take care of that and order some extras that we wanted to pay for only to be met with irritation from the manager on duty who rolled her eyes at him as if he was inconveniencing her and the staff. The manager then proceeded to argue in front of him with staff resulting in the worker on drive thru being sent home. The manager told my husband that he was going to be responsible for the upcharge for the quesadilla combos to be made with steak despite being told that the meals would be covered. Several of the drinks were out while he was there. He did not order any of the extras we had planned on getting. The manager tonight fighting with her staff made the situation awkward to the point where he didn’t want to be there anymore to add on anything.

Three years ago, I brushed off an incident where one of your employees spat in my coffee. I let it go. But today, I experienced something that reopened that wound — and I can’t stay silent anymore.
During a recent interaction, I was mocked for my accent. I’ve dealt with this kind of behavior more times than I care to count, but this time it was different. As I greeted a staff member and started my order, she muted her mic — and immediately after, I heard laughter in the background. When I asked if she could hear me, she claimed she couldn’t. I pointed out the laughter I heard, and it was clear what was going on.
I chose to back out of the situation because I would not feel comfortable eating food in a place where I had just been mocked — not only unprofessionally, but racially.
Mocking someone’s accent is not funny — it’s disrespectful, degrading, and rooted in ignorance. Whether subtle or loud, this kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be called out. I deserve to be treated with respect, just like anyone else.

Lots of bad reviews, but our experience was very good. Check out the picture, my taco was FILLED! Also, this was a very quiet Taco Bell too.
