This place is ridiculous. I waited in an empty drive through for 10 minutes because they were “training”. I asked if anyone was still there after about 5 minutes – the lady got attitude with me and that’s when I learned she was “training”. I ordered online, I ordered for the wrong location because it automatically generated the location near my house. I asked the lady if she could help me transfer my order to this location because I was on lunch and she said she didn’t know anything about the online stuff so I asked if I could talk to her manager and instead of talking with her manager she said none of them know anything about the online stuff and said it’s right down the street and I can just go to that one. How does the manager not know how their online ordering works? How does any of their employees not know their online ordering work? Now I’m going to be late for work because I had to travel to the location by my house which is not actually down the street, it’s actually 15 mins away. The employee just did not want to assist me or even get a manager to help assist me. She was very ignorant and rude.

Pulled in at 8am to the drive thru which is when they open while everyone that seemed to work there was outside smoking so I sat there for 10 min and a girl walked over to me and said there friers were down and so were there headsets. How would she know she didn’t have one on. .. why we even bother anymore with this location. Looks like Wendy’s will have our business from now on. Better customer service and better food.

This is supposed to be a chicken soft taco. Nothing here and shell was stale. Chicken soft taco is discontinued but for an 80 cent upcharge you can get chicken instead of beef. Notice no credit for not getting beef. Done with Taco Bell.
