Updated: visited this location again. Service is very hit or miss depending on the manager working. The dinner manager on 12/28/25 was excellent. Great service recovery skills, has a guest first mindset. Hoping to see more of his shifts.
My first lunch visit to this Taco Bell was disappointing. Food quality was garbage because the manager was too concerned about going to smoke with the crew.
Staffing changed entirely and food quality trended up.
Service continues to be lacking. I understand this location has staffing and retention issues but it’s a little off putting when the manager won’t even acknowledge people who have to stand at the counter because of issues with their kiosk orders.

i payed 1$ extra for cheese sauce and i didn’t get my cheese sauce. the price for cheese sauce is rediculous and to not get it is unacceptable. im very disappointed because cheese sauce literally makes the meal and i rlly wanted it so im so disappointed and i think my meal isnt hitting the spot rn. i was so excited for my taco bell and now i cant enjoy my food to the full extent.

My wife went there this morning and bought us breakfast. We bought two sausage crunchwraps. Everything’s expensive. It cost $10 to grab two sandwiches and they’re not even right. I’ve had crunch wraps before and they’re delicious but mine was lacking any sauce and it tasted horrible. Yes I ate it and it filled me up but I paid $5 for it. I think it should made right. I was very disappointed and I won’t be back for a while.

I have been here several times and each time they are rude, unprofessional, they somehow always get my order wrong in some way shape or form (EVERY TIME). There has been plenty of times were they are not busy at all, waited an extended amount of time and have received cold food. Funny how fast food workers demand more pay and give the same terrible service.

My family and I are moving today, came here at 830 am and had a large order. The cashier Alaina D was rude, and acted like we were insulting the place by having a large breakfast order. Went through drive thru at 10 pm and when we pulled up to the speaker all we could hear was music blasting through it. The workers were rude and when we pulled up to the window their music was crazy loud and the person working at the window didn’t greet us or ask us if we wanted sauce or anything, she was too busy singing the song that was playing. Terrible service.

Food tasted like it was cooked on something dirty or the sauce was old. I usually avoid this taco bell because of a past bad experience but I figured I’d give them one more shot. Wish I didn’t. Waste of my hard earned money to buy food that taste like trash. I guess that’s the gamble of eating out. My new motto.

Went to this location hoping to grab a bite to eat after a movie and wow was i disappointed. The beans looked like dried hamburger meat and all of the food was cold. Maybe those kids need an adult supervising their cooking. DONT eat here.
