I placed a mobile order at 1:15AM when I got off work. I was tired and just wanted something quick. Their hours were posted as closing at 2AM. When I arrived to the store at 1:20AM, I sat at the speaker for 20 entire minutes without being greeted. The lights were on and there was clearly a worker there. I called and explained I’d been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and was wondering if they got my order. And the worker told me they closed at 1AM, so I’ll have to get a refund in the app. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for the refund. I feel like this worker straight up lied and just didn’t want to make the food. If they really did close at 1, they should at least turn mobile orders off so this doesn’t happen to people. Not to mention this location is extremely hit or miss on the food quality, and will often give you cold or inedible food. Just a terrible location overall and I’m done giving them any business.

Ordered through the drive through. After waiting 30minutes in the drive through i finally got to the window to pay, was greeted with an very angry employee telling me ” Your order is too big, next time go somewhere else” mind you I order a 12pack of tacos and 2 drinks. None the less they lost all my future business at this location.. To top it off all the tacos were soaking wet in grease, not even edible.

We always love Taco Bell, the service in Ashland was not well though. First the inside was just closing but the girl that was working just stood in the lobby not saying that it was closing. Causing us to have to go out go through the drive through. No big deal. Then, we went through Drive thru and the girl at the window was also not polite. We had lack of meat on my Grilled cheese burrito, and my husband’s crunch rap was soggy and cold!

i’ve had quite a few disappointing experiences with this specific taco bell. something is usually messed up with my order like i always get a grilled cheese burrito with no sour cream and past two times i’ve gotten loaded with sour cream. then i got nacho fries that were quite literally ice cold and had little to no seasoning on them. it’s just disappointing

You never know the quality when you get food from this Taco Bell it’s either bad or horrible. My daughter and I have strep throat and after my husband got done working we just got takeout. My favorite is the grilled cheese burrito. My husband brought my food up to me because I have to be isolated, so I don’t get anybody else in my family sick, I got out the grilled cheese burrito out. I had to pay extra for chicken and I noticed it was a little small so I unwrapped it. I took two bites and only got burrito in those two bites so I opened it up completely and noticed there’s hardly anything in the burrito. I had to dig around just to even see the rice that they gave minimal amount of. I got build your own box and this is ridiculous that this is what they put in it barely any rice couple bites of chicken, none of the spicy sauce, hardly any of the Crunch Fritos whatever they’re called just awful. This is almost a nine dollar item but they charge you extra $.80 for chicken and this is what it looks like I understand there’s a lot of young kids that work here but train them the right way the price of everything is going up including takeout and for a family of six you pay a lot of money and then you don’t even get the quality of what you pay. This is why this Taco Bell is never busy. My husband hates going there because of the price and I wanted it and since I am sick he gets it. I feel horrible for him spending the money on it now!! I should’ve put my hand next to it folded, but I didn’t think of it. The burrito was quite small.

I’m only posting this for the owner to see, but these were the saddest tacos I e received from Taco Bell. As you can see from the photo, there just wasn’t much going on inside these taco shells. I bought three tacos and they were all the same. They look like recycled tacos that they didn’t want to waste.

I know the employees are just trying to pay bills and that its late at a location in the middle of thw highway, but this amount of guac… are you serious. Barely anything on my quesadilla either. If you’re driving and hungry, just wait til the next stop :/
