This is a newer concept store so, it’s a little different but, it’s nice. The store is smaller and cozy but, no booths or cushioned seats, BUT ITS CLEAN!!!!!!! The coffee and soda machines are state of the art. The everything bagels were delicious and so was the coffee. The lady that waited on us at the front counter was very polite and nice and had a great smile. We got a chance to speak with the manager and he was so nice to take the time to speak with us and answer questions. We will definitely be back.

I’ve always enjoyed them. It was not busy at all. New location here is the Spring Branch/Bulverde area. Nice outdoor seating to enjoy the evening.
We will be back

The butternut squash soup was pretty good… over $5 for this small cup. Tried the seasonal salad with chicken which was a good salad… However, the chicken is pre-cooked chicken sliced very thin and small portions but mostly the chicken is just low quality and kinda gross, IMO. The grilled chicken in other fast food options like whataburger and chick-fila are definitely better quality and that only says so much… lol

Food and service are good! My only complaint is the size of this location. It’s so small, limited seating. I didn’t realize Panera takes up only half of this building. The other half is still empty. There’s some seating outside but it’s not shaded! And only a couple of tables had umbrellas.
*Editing my review to share the drink selection is much better than Creekside location in NB. All teas and lemonades are out over here, plus an iced coffee machine so to me, that makes up for the smaller size especially if you have the sip club.

I had some free time so I stopped in for a cup of coffee and a danish. The cashier was so helpful and so sweet. The coffee was perfect, and the pecan pastry was delicious! I also got 3 macaroons to go for later, and they were amazing!

We gave this location a try this evening. We were met with very friendly service, but that was where the good ended unfortunately. I’ve shared an image on my $12 sandwich. This is the French dip, or at least it was pretending to be. 2 were ordered, and both were light on everything.
Excited for Jersey Mike’s to open, and give them a try.

I almost didn’t come here because of all the bad reviews but I thought maybe it is because they are newer and needed some time to figure it out. I ordered bread bowls online and when I got there they informed me that they were out of bread bowls and tried to offer me soup with a baguette and chips but I didn’t want it. I ended up canceling the order. The manager wasn’t the greatest either the worker was apologetic and seemed to care more. Which makes sense. I think they probably need a new manager in order to have their reviews go up it seems like poor management to me

The opening day was awesome! We came in the regional manager or similar was there handing out free baguettes and Stanley like cups and coupons and the Team Lead(the older gentleman) was very sweet and handed out chocolate chip cookies to us and the Steak and Mozzarella sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar soup was very delicious!! I signed up for the $5 sip all you want club since I work locally so they’ll be seeing my face everyday now! lol very nice restaurant of course it’s new, they have a patio outside not covered but if the weathers right nice place to sit.

We ordered through the app. Food was better than we’ve had at other locations. Our salads were full and portions met expectations. When our order was ready, there was no announcement and we were sitting around the corner so it probably sat there a bit. Staff was very nice. Overall, we would come back for the drive through but don’t care for the new restaurant concept. They took away all of the cozy coffee shop vibes and now it feels like a box.

Do not expect this to be a Panera that you know and love from other locations. Tiny dining room that is bright and sterile. Cheap tables and chairs. No warmth or coziness. Not the kind of place for lingering. Fast food version of a traditional Panera. Push-button machine coffee instead of hot brewed coffee, and you have to order using the touchpad kiosks. This is a drive-thru location at best. Not sure why they decided Bulverde did not deserve a real Panera.
