We got the chicken provolone and the smoked turkey avocado sandwiches. The sandwiches were flavorful, but it really a place to take out. It is a really small place and the outside eating experience was shaded and not very good. Take out is the way to eat here.

This place starts with good ingredients and finishes with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The man working had my order memorized by the third time I ate here. Forgot my bag just outside once, came back an hour later to find the guy had been holding onto it waiting for me to show back up. The prices are more than reasonable. At this point, I pay him the difference between this and other places in tips. I don’t know how they do it so right but they really do.

Not a bad spot. Their signature coffee was pretty good from what I remember. Also the food options are good.

Thank God for Nuha’s! 100+ degrees in Berkeley today. Just grabbed a 1.5L water from their fridge so I don’t collapse on the pavement from heatstroke. Family owned. A downtown institution. They do quick paninis for lunch. Nothing special but it’s a good quick lunch.
