11 am. Place was a mess, lettuce on the seat, crumbs everywhere on the floor and the seats, and both coke machines out of order. They do give the drinks from inside their working area though. Employees don’t even want to get near the front to give service.

Went to the drive-thru spent 40 minutes in line to get our food it was a car in front of us that took off without its order and we were to follow the poor girl sending the window was never able to satisfy the car that she was tending to. A manager would have probably gotten things corrected 40 minutes in the drive-thru with two cars in front of you is way too much time.

Had 2 very disrespectful employees named Giselle & Alondra from the start they didn’t even want to take orders nor talk with respect when giving them my order ! I’m paying over $30 for 2 meals and STILL can’t give orders correct and have ugly attitudes. PEOPLE should not be working somewhere if they can’t give the correct CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!

There are never any breakfast biscuits at 9am. The drive thru staff are always rude or sarcastic. This particular location isnt as bad as the one in alamo but still this review comes after several bad experiences not just one. Asked for a FEW extra ketchup packets and got half a bag worth.
