Breakfast is great. Egg white omelets made-to-order comes with lots of tasty options. While all of my waiters/waitresses have been remarkable, I give Preston’s a knock for their hosts/hostesses. I understand that English is not the first language for many people living in Miami. That is perfectly fine. However, Preston’s and the Loews could do a better job at vetting its hires of hosts/hostesses. Not only did I have trouble communicating with them, but I overheard numerous others complaining about the same.

Every course was delicious! We ordered a side of sweet potatoes for the baby but got white potatoes. A little language barrier. So worth it. Cocktails were awesome too. Staff was very friendly and kid friendly.

absolutely disgraceful for any allergy sufferers or people on restricted diets, total disregard and negligence on cross contamination, despite assurance from staff and advertising gluten free on their menu. I am celiac and I was glutened from this place on my last day in Miami, hours before having to get on a plane home, sick from eating here. Despite advertising gluten free and FIVE separate staff members assuring me they would be able to make my gluten free breakfast not only free of cross contamination, but dairy free as well (I am intolerant to dairy too), after taking a bite, something didn’t seem right. I knew this wasn’t gluten free, and my non-gf boyfriend confirmed it by tasting. Finally after speaking to a SIXTH staff member, who was a manager, she apologized and assured me the breakfast was actually not prepared dairy free . however, that wasn’t the worst of it: I knew that was not a gluten free pancake when I took a bite of it, and the worst was yet to come, as I spent the next 20 minutes immediately after leaving the restaurant violently vomiting and dry heaving – there is no question I was glutened. First clue, (which I should have listened to and not touched the food), but I DID question staff about before trying them, is that they did not look anything like the ‘buckwheat’ gluten free pancakes I ordered off their menu (they were a pale light color, buckwheat is brown!!). I spent the next month afflicted from this cross contamination experience with digestion issues. Celiac disease is serious. The negligence of failing to train your staff about allergy practices, and false advertising on your menu….at those exorbitant prices?! shame on you. Totally unsafe for anyone with dietary allergies. also they were hard to get a hold of when we were trying to ascertain if we were going here for breakfast on our last day anyway. bad news

We’ve been to Preston’s Market twice while here and the food is amazing. The staff is quite friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth trying as well as ordering off the menu. It’s a great family atmosphere that all could enjoy.

This buffet is pretty average, but it has everything you need: lots of different kinds of breads, croissants & bagels, a wide variety of meat and scrambled eggs, fruits & berries.

We had a great time at Preston’s. They are very family friendly . We had our 8 month old with us and any parent knows that can be a challenge but they made us feel welcome. The food was amazing, and the service was great . It is expensive but it’s definitely worth it.

Excellent breakfast! A lot of gluten-free options including muffins, pancakes, bagels and of course bread. Made to order omelettes. And all of the usual stuff (salmon, prosciutto, et cetera). Great service too. Would definitely come back.

This is my only issue at the Loews Miami Hotel. They charge far too much for breakfast at Preston’s. I watch when people get their bill and how upset they are. Prestons should lower the breakfast prices it will lead to a better experience
