Stopped off to grab a pie and the sweetest little Nona waited on us while we were waiting for our pizza… she treated us to a biscotti with a tiny cup of coffee fixed her way to dip our biscotti. We ended up getting all the cookies, some Italian cheeses and bread. They have rolls, Stromboli, breads, pasta, deli items and even pepper and eggs and potato and eggs. If you’re in the area.. stop by. By the way the pizza is so good!!

I don’t eat pizza or finish the crust from anywhere else. Family owned for years, their slices are huge and cooked perfectly. They also have a good selection to choose from the menu all the pastas that I’ve tried have been great. Bakery when you walk in with a big variety of Italian cookies (which are plentiful with different kinds) and different items Italian specialties to purchase. Just had a slice of the olive focaccia today. There are a few tables to eat. Right across from Pershing field and 2 blocks from the Stop and Shop. Grab a platter of bruschetta or a few pies for any get togethers.

I really like this place! No frills, very authentic. I heard them speaking Italian. Bakery at the front and then you can walk in the back and order pizza, you can ask for any toppings. $3.50 a cheese dice. They are huge and thin and crispy and delicious. I got the Italian cheesecake slice too, $5. Pretty good, I liked the texture and not too sweet. It was a little too lemony though. I can’t wait to try the leaf cookies and rainbow cookies I got. There are a couple of tables to eat in there too. I will definitely come back

Old school italian deli- pizzeria -bakery with a limited menu. Pizza is very good, thin, fresh and they offer a monster pie. 28 inch pie which is sneaky good.
Bakery is so- so, limited options.
Hot dishes are limited but what they is good.
Very nice family runs the place, charming people.

The cheese pizza was surprisingly tasty. But the “cheesesteak”… I have no idea what that was supposed to be. It was basically a sad mountain of fried onions with a few scraps of mystery meat hiding underneath. Whatever that was, it wasn’t a cheesesteak in this universe or any other. Super disappointed I paid for it.
Pro tip: skip the cheesesteak, stick with the cheese pies.

Loved this family-owned spot. Delicious lasagna and Italian pastries – cookies, cannolis, linzer tarts, cakes, and more. There’s even a small section with Italian snacks and essentials. The pizza looked and smelled delicious as well and the ladies who worked there were so precious and sweet!

Awesome neighborhood family run spot making tasty crispy giant pizzas. To be honest, it should be called Jersey city’s Joe’s pizza.
They also sell by the slice which is a getting more uncommon by the day, along with some very interesting Italy imported pastas and baked goods.
Heard their sandwiches aren’t too bad either but haven’t been able to get past the pizza everytime I go there.
The granny at the helm is a sweet old lady, so your service is never bad.
