Usually Taco Bell at almost all locations I have been to, is good, with same quality, quantity and taste. But this location on the other side, is different. I am not happy with the quantity or quality of the food. Rice is stiff as if it’s just been taken out of refrigerator and taco shell is bad, and the order is prepared totally disinterested.I hope this is just a one time thing happened out of rush or some reason else.

**All the fake 5 star reviews are obvious. They shouldn’t even have 1 star. Messing up your order 3 times and intentionally putting meat and dairy on your food is unacceptable. Everyone at this location should be fired, especially Monique and Tyler who claim to be managers. If they’re managers, they really need to be fired. Horrible customer service, laughing and antagonizing the situation. In no way management material. These people should never be allowed to serve the public again. Wasting time, money, gas and food is not ok and upper management should be very upset with the obvious lack of care causing revenue loss.

Monique, who claims to be a manager, made the order wrong twice adding meat to every item that doesn’t even have meat on it. Tyler Marshall made the order wrong twice as well including meat and dairy after being asked to exclude it many times prior. In total had to have the order remade 4 times, and in the end they would only refund me for 1 item. The manger Monique as well as Tyler Marshall, and another employee Michael snickered at the idea of it having only a few pieces of chicken stating “it’s just food it isn’t that serious.” While attempting to eat some of my food that WAS correct I discovered a mucousy white/yellowish substance that appeared to be spit in the food. NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AFTER 8PM

Order through the mobile app and get told there are no freezes available. When I get to the window, they insisted on me getting a drink. Asked for a credit back to my cc and they shrugged their shoulders (basically said I’m at a loss unless I take a drink). Get home to find my chicken chalupa with chicken and beef on it and the Mexican pizza I ordered was thrown in the box upside down. Did they drop it or was somebody being cocky because they were sick of making them all night?!

This Dorr St Taco Bell is probably one of thee cleanest I’ve ever been to both inside and out. I was in the drive thru around 230am the other night and saw about a handful of car near the entrance dining room door. So I called to see if I could eat inside and the girl said yes until 3am it was open till she was very polite and they answered the phone quickly as well. Went inside ordered, very nice employee took my order, got the order correct and the food so amazingly great and fresh tasting. I got a 2 pk of the cinnamon bons and a cheesy gordita crunch side of avocado ranch. Food was so delicious I went back and ordered a 12 pack of the cinnamon bons to go.

They gave us a taco with only meat. Also we were missing a 5 layer. Then we called and the night shift manager told me I was wrong and that she made them her self and to never come back to the store. Then she flipped me off. I think corporate is going to resolve the issue but I’ve never seen that level of incompetence.

Ordered 2 grilled cheese burrito boxes and they gave us 2 random burritos instead of the main thing we ordered. Like if you were gonna mess up anything in the box why would it be the main thing the box is literally named after.this taco bell is always doing this ish. I get that your location is busy, but they will never get your order right. Just gonna avoid going to this one from now on I don’t know what happened this location used to be my favorite location because they’d always get it right but the last 3 times going here they’ve either gave us the wrong items or not given items at all and the line is so long that you don’t want to wait in it to actually get your correct order. What a shame.

If I could give zero stars I would,spent all day at hospital was heading home about 2am and decided to get Taco Bell,waited in line for twenty five minutes for them to tell me at the speaker only DoorDash and online ordering,I’m sorry but what?so I was forced to wait in line for the people in front of me to pull out before I could just leave and two cars behind me followed so I assume they didn’t online order or have DoorDash,wouldn’t even been bad if they had a sign saying that before your stuck in line and can’t pull out but nope spent 25 minutes getting to speaker and not able to order,MAKE A SIGN TO PLACE BEFORE PEOPLE GET STUCK IN YOUR LINE AND CANT LEAVE SO WE DONT WASTE OUR TIME!!
