This is one of the better toco bell I have ate at. Above average food for a toco bell. I got a tocos and I will say that the shell was crispy and the meat was fresh. The burritos were fresh and very good. This toco bell is clean and nice with a polite staff. If you like Taco Bell then come to this location.

Usually Taco Bell at almost all locations I have been to, is good, with same quality, quantity and taste. But this location on the other side, is different. I am not happy with the quantity or quality of the food. Rice is stiff as if it’s just been taken out of refrigerator and taco shell is bad, and the order is prepared totally disinterested.I hope this is just a one time thing happened out of rush or some reason else.

They can work on their customer service. The lady at the window was not inviting at all. I ordered a side of sour cream and they forgot it of course. Had to ask for napkins and sauce didn’t offer an option. Service was quick. Late night run!

I’d beware of this location. I accidentally chose this location in the app and thought I’d just go with it and try it out because its only down the road from the location I had meant to go to originally. The drive through wait time was, no exaggeration, 40 minutes. And they have that type of drive through where once someone is behind you, you cant pull out and leave. So, if you see a line, perhaps choose a different spot.

So I guess this store doesn’t like the truth I’m a door dasher but I have a main job too and those jobs included Taco Bell and McDonald’s. Taco Bell should take no longer than 5-10 minutes. It’s shell meat, cheese, lettuce, and some more topping here and there. My store would have green times on a football Friday night with only 3 people.

This Taco Bell (3149 Dorr St, Toledo, OH) is one of the worst locations I’ve been to. They are always out of something no matter when you go. The night shift employees are rude and do not care about customer service. The food is often undercooked or not made properly, which makes me worry about health and safety. Honestly, the food department needs to check this location because they clearly are not doing their job the way they should. This has happened to me twice within 4 days, and I won’t be coming back.

Order through the mobile app and get told there are no freezes available. When I get to the window, they insisted on me getting a drink. Asked for a credit back to my cc and they shrugged their shoulders (basically said I’m at a loss unless I take a drink). Get home to find my chicken chalupa with chicken and beef on it and the Mexican pizza I ordered was thrown in the box upside down. Did they drop it or was somebody being cocky because they were sick of making them all night?!

They are slower than turtles at this place. I have been here over 20 minutes for a door dash orders. They need to hire workers here that know how to take care of the customers and not make them sit there for over 20 mins while other people got their order.
