Avoid avoid avoid. Rice was crunchy in the quesadilla and power bowl. Had them remake the bowl and the rice was STILL CRUNCHY. Baja blast tasted like chlorine and the soda machine was unsanitary. Sketchy people throughout. Will be going to the Sheetz across the street next time.

I’ve stopped at this Taco Bell many times on my way into and out of Columbus. I keep going because there’s literally nothing else around. The last two times I went I pulled up to the drive thru and no one acknowledged that I was there. I waited for quite a while, even saying “hello” once or twice just to see if maybe the notification that a car pulled up wasn’t working. No one said anything. Even if you just say “welcome to Taco Bell, give me just a minute to get your order”. There were two other vehicles in front of me this time so I know it was working. I left the first time this happened, the second time my kids needed to use the restroom so I pulled up and went inside. When we were done I went over to order and there’s no one there to take your order either. Just the order machines. There were a few people in line to order so I just thought screw it I’ll wait until I get closer to home. When I went and got back in the car with my kids I noticed that the same two vehicles were still in the drive thru! I understand there might be a staffing issue but given they don’t even have to take orders anymore inside, they should be able to crank out food pretty quickly. I’ve gotten to the point now where I think I’ve given up and will just wait until I get home. They need to fire everyone and start from scratch.

The service was very slow. I ordered inside, and there was only two of us inside ordering to go, and they had a big line at the drive-through. Which was their only focus. It left me and the other customer waiting and waiting and waiting. Finally I spoke up and said that excuse me, ma’am, as our orders about done that thankfully set it up some have I had not said anything I don’t know how much longer we would’ve been waiting. I probably would be there right now. Lol. Other than that everything else was very good. Their portion sizes were exact if not over so be sure to say, you don’t want something or light tomatoes or light lettuce. Just a suggestion as they do put very good size quantities.

This place sucks. I don’t know what the GM is doing with the place, but it’s garbage. It’s not even a shift issue, any time of day when I come in, somethings messed up, missing, etc. Come in during lunch, messed up. Come in during dinner, messed up. The manager just needs to quit and let someone else run the store. The store would be exponentially better if someone even partially competent ran the store

Travel 15 mins to the Delaware taco bell. This is by far the worse taco bell around. They never take a card, it always has to be cash and It’s ran by young, immature kids who can never get an order right. Corporate needs to step up and get this place together.

I have never been satisfied with any experience at this location; and I’m very easy to please. My order has always missed something, and the quality of the food is always disappointing. Skip this place if you can. Teenagers are probably all high or too lazy here to work.

This is the worst taco bell of all-time they run out of food and when they do have food it seems like something is down its either the whole system or the card machine.. it’s always something and the employees act they have a hard job they’re never busy but it takes them 20 minutes to make 3 burritos.. they should just shut this place down.
