Fast, friendly service and my double stacked taco & cheesy bean and rice burrito were both hot and fresh. They always make my order right and I drive an extra 5-8 mins. to go to this location specifically because I believe it’s the best Taco Bell in Marion. I’m dissapointed and exhausted. The amount of times my order has been messed up put me off enough. But your workers inability to not only ring up food the right was aswell as make it the right way, combined with the general rude or unpleasant manner in which workers speak to customers. Ive trued to be nice and say please too many times or try to let them be slow in the hope they might attempt to make my food properly. Iy only figures that they don’t understand fresh fries should be served with old cheese that looks like it could have spit in it. Taco bell management has disgusted me and I can’t return in fear of my food being tampered with.(ONLY TACOBELL) Ridiculous I even have to fear that possibility.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme meal with no lettuce and extra sour cream and the same for my taco. The crunch wrap was fine, but my taco only had one very small tablespoon of meat and cheese.

There are ALWAYS mistakes with our orders, whether ordering on the Taco Bell app, OR through the drive-thru. We last ordered a Mexican pizza and it was handed to us SIDEWAYS, instead of handing it like a pizza; no napkins were provided. The food is most always thrown together with no care, and most always mainly lettuce and a tiny bit of meat. I live nearby but knew better than to go to this Taco Bell however I had hoped they changed by now–clearly, they didn’t.

I dont usually do this simply because I know people make mistakes but we ordered 3 chicken chipotle melts, which were cold, and didn’t have any chipotle sauce on them at all, and nearly didn’t get out cinnamon twists but we noticed before we pulled away which were cold and stale and hardly any sugar. I never got my recipt, but I have a picture of the “chicken chipotle melt” that we received, I wouldn’t even call it that though since it didn’t have the chipotle sauce nor was it hot. The shredded cheese wasn’t melted, and it didn’t look like it was ever even cooked. Staff was very rude when we politely asked for the cinnamon twists that they forgot, and pretty much slammed the window on us. We said “thank you” and she said mhmmm. I get it, we all have bad days but this was by far the worst service and food I have ever received, and I know I’m not gonna be able to get my money back because i didn’t get my recipt.

If I could give them a negative review I would. I have a video of a chalupa that I can’t even break it was rock solid . we ordered tacos without lettuce and tomatoe and they just tried to scape off the veggies of already made old tacos . Lazy and instead of a manager helping us he walked outside to avoid us . We asked for a refund and he gave us 28.00 out of 58.00 we spent .
