You are better off going to Papa Murphys or any other pizza spot. Everytime I order from here, they mess up my order. They either miss toppings, or they square cut instead of pie cut. Who the heck square cuts pizza? This is not elementary school. They never do it well done either. They do not know how to follow instructions.

DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE PICKUP. It is not real. My kid wanted pizza for a sleepover so I ordered from where he wanted, Ridgefield Domino’s.
They will NEVER bring the food out. My wife had this happen months ago but I figured it was a fluke.
Despite me sending a “HERE” text as soon as I pulled up and them replying that my food was ready and would be out “ASAP”, nobody ever came. I watched as another vehicle waited for 15 minutes and eventually had to go in. I waited over 20 minutes and finally gave up and went in. The worker looked at me like I was crazy when I told him my “curbside” order has been ready for over 20 mins. He then pulled the lukewarm food from somewhere under the register. Curbside is a joke, just order takeout and go in if you really choose to eat here. The food itself is whatever (I’m told, didn’t partake because I was too irritated), you’re buying Domino’s so you kinda know it’s trash.
Domino’s, remove curbside since you don’t actually support that option.

Seriously the only Domino’s I will order from and go to. Ridgefield location has always done above and beyond for every order my family has ordered. The workers are always friendly and welcoming with smiles. Truly makes a persons day. Of course the food is amazing. Pizzas, chicken bites, cinnamon twist, bread nuggets and salads are all so amazing. They’ve never disappoint us over here. Thanks humans, you’re the best!!

I like to take a moment to say thank you to the people and staff that work at this location on 7/2/25 around 16:00. I am from out of town from Alabama and I drive a truck over the road. I was in this area to make a delivery and I had to sit and wait for about 8hrs before I could deliver. I called this location to see if they would deliver to me in my truck on the side of the road. Guess what they did, and Shaun who was my delivery guy was great. He drove right up to my semi truck and delivered me a delicious pizza . I like to take this moment to say thank you. I wish you guys the best and stay safe. Also it’s nice to know I can be 3000 miles away from home and I can get a pizza . Again thank you and God bless. Yes the pizza was amazing .

Ordered from here tonight and am VERY VERY disappointed i don’t know if it was the staffing or what because we’ve ordered here before and had little to no issues and if there ever was an issue it was fixed properly
Tonight we ordered one pizza an order of breadsticks and an order of the 32 wings
Bacon was left off the pizza we went back in to let them know, the worker told my wife to bring the pizza back in to show him insinuating she was not being honest and than only offered to warm up some bacon and put it on the pizza after seeing there was no bacon on it originally instead of offering a refund or a remake which took so long our other food was cold by the time we left the store
The wings say hand tossed on the app and in the store the wings were tossed but only tossed into a pizza box and had sauce poured ontop of them which caused the box to leak and get hot sauce all over our seat on our car the wings are soggy and squishy from being under cooked
Needless to say but I will most likely not be ordering from dominos again

I wish I had an option for ZERO!! I tried to order for delivery. I could NOT understand the person on the phone number one. I told them I was at less Schwab. You would think being only one in woodland that it would be pretty easy. NOPE I needed the ZIP Code without that nothing could be done? How much is minimum wage? $18 an hour? Yeah I didn’t get a pizza. PATHETIC no one wants to do anything, but they need a raise.

What a nasty little joke, Dominos. What are you, a five star Michelin restaurant that doesn’t include prices on your menu? There’s not a single menu in the store that has prices included in it. The screen to order toppings from it also does not include prices of the pizzas on it. What a strange new concept. I will not be blindly ordering pizza and have it come out to $47 a pie. No thank you. I don’t need those kinds of surprises. Your pizza is good, yes. But extremely annoying to place an order over the phone using your ridiculous AI system. I came in store to find out the store doesn’t even include prices. Go figure.
Won’t be coming back any time soon. A real shame. I remember when a large 3 topping pizza was $10.99. Now it’s $20.99 without any kind of coupons, because “sorry, this coupon doesn’t apply to your order”
Loved Dominos pizza for a quick cheap meal, but it’s become unaffordable, and with your stupid idea of not including prices in your menu, I will spare myself the surprises of ordering expensive pizza. At least with the prices, I could customize my pizza to fit my budget. Without the prices, you’re ordering blindly, and hoping your pizza is less than $50. Truly annoyed and frustrated with your new business model.
