Preps were delicious, heads up though there address here is incorrect. I went here during my lunch only to find the building locked and a note on the outside saying they were located down the street inside a supplement store.
When I got there I bought two meals. The chicken buffalo sweet potato was delicious but the turkey chili was meh.
Overall this is definitely a better option than fast food.
Side note the woman who rang my food up said starting 10/1/23 all orders will need to be pre-ordered and they wouldn’t have extra meals to purchase. Not sure if that’s true since I haven’t gone back since but something to keep in mind.

This is absolutely the BEST meal prepped meal I ever had. They carried a variety of meals that all sounded better than the last, the food was absolutely and deliciously seasoned, the desserts are irresistible, and lastly the customer service just adds to the comforting experience at this establishment! I was greeted like I was family, while also being educated about the services they offer. I absolutely love that they stick to local farmers for their meats, veggies, etc. This company won’t take long to thrive in success here in Killeen. Glad to be a part of the experience!

I have lost 20lbs since I started working with them in May 2023-August 2023 (nutrition + exercise). They have a wide variety of meals to choose from that are reasonably priced and you don’t have to eat the same meal twice. They are a much better alternative to fast food.
The meals leave me satisfied without feeling stuffed and miserable. Each meal includes nutritional information so you know how many calories, carbs, and protein you’re consuming. The chefs are kind, professional, and will work closely with you (this includes meal modifications) to help you obtain your nutritional goals (weight loss/gain and/or muscle gain).
It also serves as a restaurant so the food is made fresh while you wait. If you don’t have time to wait, they have meals available for you to grab and go from the refrigerator.

I absolutely love this place! I have recently started to try to eat more healthy, but I don’t always have the time to meal prep. No problem though, Prepstart has me covered! I love that they allow either the choice to pre-order my meals for the week, or I can go into the store and grab something when I need it. And the food is absolutely delicious! Update: We have made our 3rd purchase from PrepStart and are enjoying the meals so far. I’m especially enjoying not cooking. My hubby said he’s feeling healthier, as for me my body requires less to be full. We will continue to purchase our meals from PrepStart.
