Service was good. They young man that waited on us was very helpful..But the restaurant was not clean. The tables and floors had food on them. There seemed to be several people working but no one came to the front after we received our food. It is a very nice location and new building. The eating area is small and needs to be kept up.

ABBSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I just let this drive thru after an extremely unpleasant experience. I ordered 2 large drinks, easy right? No. The man who took my order was the same one who took my payment. He handed me 2 medium drinks. I told him these were not large. He said they were out and he did not do the truck order and that it was only 10 cents more per drink. I don’t care if it’s 10 cents more or 100 dollars more. I told him what he did was not cool and was taking advantage of people. His response was quite literally, “okay Karen”. I asked to speak to a manager and he walked away from the window and literally left the store and went immediately into his car to smoke (we saw him as we were leaving). The drinks were terrible too, you could tell the drink mix hadn’t been changed in a while. Shame on you Davounte. You have zero work ethic or common decency. I will NOT be coming back to this location ever again.

First time here at this location. We used the drive thru. No one ahead or behind us, yet the Girl was rushing us to make the order. Did not receive any napkins, food was not as ordered, strawberry lemonade was pink water. No receipt was offered, and it took her several minutes to figure the change. Bill was $17.13, and $20.13 was given at the window.

I walk in and stand at the counter, no one helps me for about 10 min. Another customer walks in and the worker finally says, we are understaffed use the kiosk. So I use the kiosk, the other customer waits but ends up leaving because no one helped him. The issue with the kiosk is that the price on the kiosk is different than the price on the menus in the store. The menu said the quesadilla meal was $7 but on the kiosk it shows $9. About 5 people in the drive thru got their food before I did and the cinnamon twist were stale, But it is Taco Bell so I can’t really expect anything good. Usually I wouldn’t really leave a review but this place is the worst.

Food is usually fine. However, this location ALWAYS has something wrong. The grill isn’t working, they are out of sauce, the highlighted menu items are constantly out of stock, etc. Its always something. If you are looking to pull up, order, and get what you want, just go somewhere else.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The past 3 times we have been to this location, they gave us the wrong food. I think they just give you whatever they feel like, regardless of what you ordered. They definitely don’t double check to confirm what’s in the bag. The excuse is always, ‘we were short staffed’. When we are the only car in the drive thru, no reason the order should be incorrect. Won’t be returning to this location again…
