Ordered a crunchwrap with extra meat and add potatoes, got basically no ingredients and an extra tortilla. No guac on items that were supposed to have it and no avocado salsa. Location is also consistently out of drinks that cost extra, and give no refund. Check your food before leaving. 9/19 around 6:30pm

Jaylen and Riley wanted to be extremely rude in the drive thru. Charged us for large drinks knowing they were out of large cups then didn’t want to refund because “it’s only 20 cents”. They proceeded to close the window and talk and giggle for awhile before we knocked on the window to ask what’s taking so long and they said “Oh we lost your order” AFTER running our credit card, oh I’m sorry were you not going to reopen the window to ask what the order was when you realized you lost the order? Unprofessional. Riley was willing to give her name when asked, to be able to let corporate know about the issue, Jaylen on the other hand asked why we even needed it. Little did she know she was logged into the drive thru windows computer, and her name showed on the receipt. Manager refunded me on the difference of my drinks but wouldn’t recommend based off the attitude of the two girls working the window.

The first time that I tried this location was when they first opened and it was great. The other day I received hard tacos that had hardly anything in them, I thought maybe they were having a bad day. I went back today and the same thing happened. I won’t be returning. I’ll drive all the way to the north side from now on

The only reason I ever eat at Taco Bell is because I like the Crispy Chicken Burritos. I had never been to this new location in Somerset, but my mom had. She told me how every time she goes her food is burned, however, I really wanted the Crispy Chicken burrito, and this was the closest Taco Bell. So I decide to try it, thinking she’s just had bad luck. I downloaded the app, and placed an online order. Because I was a new app user, I received a free item. The food was not done when I arrived, they forgot to put the free item in the bag (crispy chicken avocado ranch taco), then when they make it and give it to me they didn’t even make the right thing, I get all the way home and the crispy chicken is burned so badly and hard as a rock in this $6 burrito that I cannot even bite into it or rip it apart with my fingers. I pull all the chicken out of this burrito to make sure, and sure enough it’s all burned black and hard as a rock. I call and talk to the manager who was nice, I return the burrito and got a refund. He offered to remake it, but I don’t like to have my food remade by people when I’m clearly upset. I will NOT return to this location ever again. And from the looks of the reviews, it seems like they have some serious issues going on over there. Just absolutely ridiculous and a waste of an hour of my night. If I hadn’t returned it, I’d upload a picture of my burned food.

The last 3 times I’ve been to this store I’ve ordered the $7.00 box, and instead of the chips with the cheese sauce, I get the cinnamon twist….I don’t like cinnamon twist with my food. Online it does say anything about the cinnamon twist being in the $7.00 box

Just went through the drive through not even 20 minutes ago. My boyfriend got 2 DLT Supreme tacos with no lettuce and when we got home he had lettuce on both and no sour cream on them. Thats all he got to eat. Not to mention that we waited in the drive through for 10 minutes to get our order and 4 out of like 5 employees that we could see was standing around talking.

Everytime i come here the service is god awful. Last weekend the redheaded young girl at the drive thru literally threw my bag of food into my hand. No have a nice day or anything, just slammed the window shut right after. There’s always items missing, if you go inside and try to get your items every single staff will be rude to you. Just save yourself the time and go to the other taco bell at least they have decent customer service.

My first experience at this location was great. But, I went today just to have hair in my luxe box before I even opened my food.
Like seriously? Hairnets are not that expensive and whoever put my box together I’m sure could get over how they look and put one on.
With that being said I will not go back and don’t recommend anyone else go here either.

This location is much better than the other Somerset location.
I experienced a very long wait in the drive-thru. The order was made incorrect; however, was generous with the servings, which was a nice upgrade. Unfortunately, the lobby remains closed. Definitely room for improvement, but, very promising services to come.

I ordered the cantina bowl, add potatoes (paid extra for) – they did not add the potatoes, they didn’t give me avocado sauce that comes with it, they also didn’t put black beans or guacamole on it.
My husband got a crunch wrap supreme and paid for extra beef. There was literally no meat at all on it and very little cheese, it was also floppy and did not look appetizing.
They also didn’t give us the extra side of gauc either.
I guess we should have checked the order before driving off but what kind of business doesn’t give its customers half of what they paid for…
