I was majorly impressed with the quality of the food and the prompt service through the drive thru. I even had one item made slightly wrong and they replaced it gladly. This was an awesome Taco Bell visit. I highly recommend this store for lunch or dinner.

This Taco Bell is unprofessional and disrespectful. First, they made the items that I ordered incorrectly. Secondly, after asking to remake it, they still didn’t fix the issue. The tall Caucasian woman with red hair had an attitude and was being rude to us for no reason. If she is a manger, she needs to be replaced. I have too much customer service experience to know that behavior is unacceptable. Only go here if you want your patience tried.

Spent 50.00 on an order tonight. I ordered 2 meals received only one (but received 2 drinks) I called to inquire and Dequan argued on phone that I only ordered 1 Meal so o asked why do I have 2 drinks? Also received 2 fried I did not order. I guess when Dequan was done talking he just hung up on my husband. Called back and spoke to a pleasant female who said she wa da manager ( 2 managers on 1 shift.. bc Dequan was also a manager he said????).prior to finding out Dequans name we asked for it and was denied it by the female manager. I personally do not like taco bell but agreed to go for my kids and husband. Our food was cold and look3d like it was juts slapped together and thrown in the wrapped. If people do not like their job they should just quit… it’s not the consumers fault that you are unhappy, no need to be ugly or confrontational.. I paid the money I just want what I ordered and it be hot and correct. I hope Dequans night gets better.

This place needs to be shut down for poor management I went through the drive through tonight 04/29/2023 and placed my order got up to the window paid and had to wait for 20 minutes for my food my wife went through it and found out they did not place two of my tacos in my bag. When I called them to see if they could fix it the manager on the night shift was acting like a tough guy until he found out I was right and when I asked to be met at the door he said no at 9:20pm when lobby don’t close until 10pm.

Every Doritos taco shell was broken, some weren’t wrapped up so they were in the bottom of my party pack box. Items appeared to be freshly made but completely broken. Employees here are the worst. Especially at night, they will just not answer the drive thru speaker and pretend to be closed and when they are open they are out of meat.

Extremely bad customer service. Called to make a complaint with manager about order and manager was done talking yo me so hung up rudely. Called back and he would not give me his name. Had to find Daquans name a different way. Will be taking this matter up as far as it needs.
