When you care about the job you’re doing, it speaks volumes. The food is tasty, prepared quickly, and served with a smile of sincerety. Tables were cleared right away, and the dining room is kept clean. Win-win!

WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR ANYONE IN THIS TOWN TO DO THEIR FREAKING JOB? IF YOU HATE YOUR LIFE AND YOUR JOB SO MUCH THEN GO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. STOP MESSING IT UP FOR EVERYONE ELSE. It is fast food services for goodness sake! No one is perfect, but this is completely ridiculous. It’s why people don’t want to move here and open any new businesses or help with the education. Everytime I go there the pasted 2 months they forgot food and have zero food portion in the soft shell tacos. On 1/20/24 my quesdilla was frozen. The picture below is my steak taco with very little food it in. I paid 8$ per taco.

Just ordered a few minutes ago. Missing item from order a 12 pack of cinnamons. The Mexican pizza was made wrong I asked for no ground beef and to add steak and extra refried beans. The pizza had ground beef on it not a trace of steak on it also ordered it with sour cream again none on it. Tried to call them and they hung up on me. Third time this has happened with items made wrong and missing items from the order. Tired of the crappy service and lack of management. Seems like none of them can read an order ticket correctly. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is why fast food isn’t fast anymore sat in the drive thru for 5 mins after doing a mobile order that wasn’t even completed right other employees up front fing off with line cars behind there is 0 consequences for employees just doing whatever they like it’s getting RIDICULOUS

Everytime I order I get the exact same thing, but I never know what I’ll actually get. I get the veggie bowl, and sometimes the bowl is filled a decent amount, but more often than not, it’s not. When I got my food today, the bowl was filled barely even half way. 50% of the time, I end up paying for the tupperware rather than the food. I was going to call, but the number isn’t working so I opted to leave a review. I understand customer service is irritating, but please understand that it’s not acceptable to get half of the food you paid full price for. Thank you.
