Waited in drive-thru only to get to the window, and my order magically disappeared, I had to reorder, pull forward, and wait again. I understand there’s kids working but seriously, you confirmed my order then said it’s not even in the computer was more like drive-stay. Took me 22 mins to get 1 chicken sandwich and some mashed potatoes. Not very convenient

It smelled awful, very old and broke down, but the kids working were wonderful. My husband definitely didn’t care for his burrito, but the kids and I didn’t mind the food, other than the smell in the restaurant kind of affected the taste of the food.

Just literally pulled away from this place and wow the worst! Every single guest that went through the drive through ( the lobby was closed) had to pull forward from the window and wait. Wait for them to bring an incomplete order and the cinnamon twists were more like pork rines with hard parts that tasted like plastic. How do you mess up cinnamon twists. No customer service what so ever. Just all around garbage there was no one that you could say was trying at ALL! After having to go back and knock on the window to get the rest of my order was still left to wait for an additional 10 minutes before giving up realizing I’m just waiting for a disappointment

Food,service,and atmosphere is a negative 5. Tables was dirty,floors dirty,bathrooms smelled like hog pens paper and urine on floor no towels or toliet paper. Crew was rude had to wait 15 minutes before anyone waited on us food was cold and staff brought rolling trash cans on the floor to change the bag out of the stationary can with people sitting right next to it…orders wrong and a lot of people upset because it wasn’t being run right. Could that be lack of management…that’s a big Yes!!!!! I’ve run 56 establishments at a time and not one of mine was run like that. Fire all and start over!!!!

Disgusting. My order was wrong so I had to drive back and what I was given, a disgusting slop of a burrito supreme, had a dry shell that fell apart and a clump of unmixed extraordinarily dry beans. Yuck!

Ate the KFC here on our way through and it was the worst we have ever eaten. Chicken was cold and several pieces were hard and dry, so much so it got thrown away. Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes were the only hot thing. Also got our orders wrong the first time. It was not very busy.
