This location has bad service & bad food. They need to change the staff. They are incompetent but it’s much farther to go to Washington. I just want to mention the drink. Food is important. But they made a new drink like a dirty soda. It’s strawberry cookie confetti or something like it. I’ve had drinks at Sonic. They’re 1 of the best. But this cookie confetti is the most delicious awesome drink I had. Unbelievable. Pls don’t take it away ever. I’ll never find 1 like it. They have dirty soda at Crave but expensive & have no clue what they taste like. Don’t take this 1 away change the staff & make better food so we can enjoy the whole meal instead of a drink. And bring back the apple empanada. You had it all the time & took it away. Then you brought it back for 2 weeks. Ridiculous! Bring it back. It’s the best

Nasty. After waiting at the window just sitting there no cars behind me, my order wasn’t even recognized as one they just took at the window. Then I finally get my food and this is what they serve me. I’m disgusted and disappointed I just spent money on this. I went back and thankfully, there was a kind manager on shift today who took care of me and remaking my food, but I still share frustration over having to deal with this after waiting the first time probably took nearly 25 minutes for the whole ordeal for me to end up getting my food, correctly.

I’ve gone here a few times, it’s the closet Taco Bell to me (still a 15min drive) and lately almost every order I’ve made has been horrible. If it’s not burnt then it’s underdone.
The service is always slow despite me ordering ahead I usually still need to wait even if the store is empty.
Overall, I recommend you try a different Taco Bell if you really want some.

Placed a mobile order for pick up in the drive through and had to wait over 30 mins to pick up the order because they were SO slow. Waiting that long is utterly ridiculous!!

I don’t leave reviews like this. I’ve worked in fast food, I get it. But I ordered a black bean crunch wrap and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. The crunch wrap was nearly empty. Maybe a tablespoon worth of black beans, barely any lettuce or sour cream. I thought they just gave me a folded tortilla at first. First bite of my burrito tasted so strongly of fake bacon bits that I couldnt finish it. It didnt taste normal at all. Im not one to complain like this, but how do you mess up that badly?? There’s no way you accidentally make those items so poorly. I thought the quality would be better at the OS location. This is the worst taco bell experience

first off using ai to take orders is bullshit, i wanna talk to a real person lol. second, the ppl at this specific location never want to do their jobs and take forever making the food. ive watched them chat for twenty minutes before making a burrito. and they take specific stuff off the menu so they don’t have to make it. it’s a bunch of kids so i get it but at least get a competent manager over here.

Everytime we order the Cantina Quesadilla they either give us the regular and charge the $10 or its all cheese and like 3 little bits of chicken
