I have been going here for many years, but never on a Mother’s Day, but since it’s my favorite we decided to go with a party of 11. I found it very different from past visits. Lots of new faces and menu changes not for the best. Drinks were not the same. Food was good. Service was 4 out of 5 . I missed the familiar faces like Derrick coming over and asking how everything was. Very odd the place wasn’t as packed as usual lots of bar seats which was rare and empty tables. Please bring back the zippy shrimp my favorite.

I showed up on Monday night to celebrate my birthday with dinner and drinks with a friend of mine. First of all we showed up 45 mins early for our reservation, but they were able to seat us right away, and the waitress was very attentive our food was served right away, and it was very good. After dinner, the waitress brought our dessert to the table with a lite candle which was so sweet of her. At the end of the night the waitress then said the dessert was free and wished me a happy birthday again. She really made my night that much better!!!!

This is a decent establishment, with a nice array of items on the menu. We made reservations for 7:45pm on a Saturday night in March 2023. Understandably, the restaurant was busy and we weren’t seated until around 8pm. It was several minutes before our server tended to us. I ordered a rum runner to start. I ordered a special of the night, a 14oz. ribeye with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The ribeye also had some sort of mushroom butter compound on the steak. I asked for the steak to be cooked medium, but it was cooked quite inconsistently and definitely a bit over done, medium-well level. The taste was pretty great, and the mashed potatoes were very flavorful. For dessert I ordered the creme brulee. Worst I’ve ever had – super gritty, possibly undercooked, and just unflavorful. Others in my party ordered the flaming s’mores ice cream cake, which was just full of filler really. The marshmallow was overwhelming and the coffee taste of the ice cream did not complement the dessert well.

Service was great, the food, not so much. Drinks were good.

We ate here on Mother’s Day. On short notice, on the busiest day of the year in the restaurant business, they were able to accommodate a late addition to our party. The service was excellent. The waitress was friendly, prompt, and attentive. She went out of her way to provide my wife with a non-alcoholic beverage not listed among their usual fare. We had a combination of appetizers, salads, and entrees. I can say that nothing was bad. Unfortunately, I also have to say that none of the food was particularly noteworthy either. There was a general lack of depth of flavor in pretty much everything we ordered. For that reason, we were disappointed. The bright spot of our experience, was the dessert we took to go, the PB&C. Chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse, dipped in chocolate ganache. If we rated only on the dessert, and service, they merit 5 stars. But, if you dine out to enjoy superlative food, I would not recommend this restaurant. We have no intention of giving them a second chance to impress us. It also should be noted that they charge a 3% fee if you pay using a credit card.

First time visiting Meritage and our experience was generally what we expected. Good cocktails and a handful of good craft beers on draft (and in cans). Entrees were in the $20-$30 range and we enjoyed our food and overall pace of everything on a weekday early evening left me with no complaints.

Food is always delicious! Servers are fantastic, outgoing and friendly. The salmon is out of this world and it is a necessity to top it off with the warm brownie! Great atmosphere.

This restaurant was awesome . After reading some not good reviews , I was pleasantly surprised that it was good . We took a friend of ours for her 70th birthday here because , this is her fab restaurant . I have never been. its a pretty ride once you get off of 95. Parking is ample . Inside,it ’s really nice . The service was excellent ! I had the salmon with rice and salad and , it was delicious ! They serve huge drinks . I had the sangria and, loved it mainly because it wasn’t too strong, it was just right . There were six of us and they all loved the food . I particularly like the layout of the restaurant , specially for our 70th year old birthday girl who can’t walk well, it was easy for her to love around and the tables aren’t too close together . The Menu is clean and Easy to read , it was written in a way thats an easy guide to look at, you can maneuver through the menu without bombarding your with many choices . They amount of choices on the menu is just right .

The atmosphere was very nice inside. The calamari appetizer was really large and flavorful. Although the hot and sour soup was not very good. When the waitress came over and seen that we did not finish it she asked why and they took it off the bill. The alcoholic drinks we had were very good a pumpkin martini and a vanilla chai martini along with it PB & C cake which was peanut butter stuff inside of a chocolate cake. Highly recommended.
