Everything else smells great but I guess we should have said 3.. again 3! Chipotle ranch burritos a FIFTH time when we ordered. The lady repeated three but somehow only gave us two. Wth and Apparently getting only part of an order correct is normal at this location?!?? In addition I checked my steak quesadilla and WHY DOES IT LOOK LIKE THIS. Come on, it’s not that hard!

Not only did I not get my complete order ($41 worth of food), they wrapped it terribly to the point when I was checking to see if all my food was there (which I shouldn’t have to but I do because this isn’t the first time), lettuce and cheese fell out all over my car. In addition, the atmosphere in the work place was terrible. The staff were all silent and it was gloomy. When we went back to go get our missing items, they didn’t apologize or anything.

I have never in my entire life met a more rude crew of service industry people. After spending $60, I was not given my entire order. I had to wait in the line again for the remainder of my order because they do not have the lobby open. For what reason? Who knows! After getting back to the order screen, I was greeted with a condescending attitude about not receiving my order.

They are the most unfriendly people every time I go they always get something wrong.. I asked for a nacho belle grande with chips on the side and I get home and it’s a Mexican pizza with the shell on the side. Call the store and they refuse to help or replace the item. That is just one example. This happens every time I go to this location . You have teenagers running it and they do not care about their job or their customers. Sick of it!!!!

Worst Taco Bell I have experienced in my 40 years of life. They don’t honor their DoorDash dashpass offers. When you go on your own you wait FOREVERRRR, and then you don’t get what you want or in other experiences I’ve had you won’t get all of the ingredients on a nacho bell grande and have a stack of beans and dry chips with very little cheese. They are a joke! I’m shocked it is still in business. Oh and I moved here 4 months ago. Avoid this place!

They called out my DoorDash driver!! I ordered from this location on DoorDash and they couldn’t accommodate my specifications; when the dasher did not contact me, and took it upon themselves to edit the order on site, Taco Bell wrote me a note and stuck it to my nachos to let me know what happened!

Terrible… One of the employees was on her phone the entire time telling everyone about her “dating style”. Was told to use the kiosk to order food, as the young lady went back to her text messages. Food took roughly 20min to receive, and of course it was wrong. All we ordered was 6 tacos (meat and cheese only).

Great food! Horrible service. Was never greeted or spoken to other than, “Here..” for the handover of the drinks and my card. After we received our food, she closed the window and just walked away. Have a great night too, I guess.
