Ordered the limited time special grande nachos which was supposed to have 2x the meat and nachos. It was 4x the nachos, old and stale, maybe 1/2 a scoop of meat and beans, along with cold shredded cheese and already soggy nacho cheese covered chips and even a little lettuce mixed in. They didn’t have the limited edition drinks available. My wife ordered a steak quesadilla and it had 3 bite size pieces of meat and some sauce and didn’t even cut the damn tortilla. Asked for extra mild sauce and got 4 packs. Then the bag was shoved into my wife’s hands thru the window. This Taco Bell needs to throw in the towel man. This is pathetic.

Stopped going to Taco Bell. The food taste like it’s old. They never fully cook your food always get Mexican pizza and the cheese is barely melted. The drive thru always seems like they have a bad attitude.

We ordered thru the app. We went thru to get our food they gave us 1/4 of it and went back thru and they gave us the same thing again. After finally going in inside they maybe gave us half UNWRAPPED. we called wanting a refund and they was just straight up rude.

Pretty bad. My Crunch Wrap was paper thin with hardly any meat and no tomato. They need to do better. The drive through barely moves, so we parked and went in. It was very difficult to get back out of the parking lot because of the drive through line.

I eat here on a near daily basis. Cleanest and most delicious Taco Bell around. I literally go order the same thing at other locations and don’t like it. I’m not sure who is doing the cooking, but keep it up! Also, the whole staff is just very sweet.

Ordered online, order wasn’t ready when we got there, was asked to park in their online order spots…this was a joke…if you aren’t driving a compact, and there is another car already waiting in one of the 3 spots designated for this, you are absolutely going to get angry making that turn. Besides that, why even let people order online if it’s not going to be ready when they get there? They weren’t even busy, but they were pulling everyone around to wait…ALL 3 OF US! I had really looked forward to Taco Bell coming to Iuka, but every time I go it’s a hot mess.

Been twice in the evening. Staff very friendly and helpful. My wife’s orders are always complicated and deviated from the menu and they bent over backwards to make her food the way she wants it. Other Taco Bell’s just started at her like deer in the headlights. Thanks again guys for accommodating her. 5 stars

It’s worth absolutely no stars. I spent 25 dollars for them to not get anything in my order right! I got a supreme taco party pack and they gave me plain tacos. Wasn’t even in the box! What’s the point in calling it a taco party box without a box! They gave it to me in a bag in the pouring rain! Will not be back there. I’ll drive 45 minutes to get better service and food.
