My sister recently came to visit from out of state to visit us here in Santa Maria, California. She went to the mall with her cousins and decided to eat subway. The employee making the order was rude, impatient and disrespectful from the start. My sister felt rushed and uncomfortable while ordering and to make matters worse she was given wrong order. Customer service needs improvement.

So basically the person making our sandwiches ignored our words when we said there were flies about to touch the sandwiches. Once she saw there were about two or three flies on each sandwich that was ours, she started to panic. Yes, we still paid. Yes, we still ate them, we were hungry. It was disappointing when she didn’t hear our worries/ complaints about the flies.

Stopped in for lunch several days ago
. Ordered the Hot Shot Italiano, 6 inch sandwich. Genoa salami and Provolone and choice of vegees.
××× Very dissapointing. Bread tasted stale , even though toasted. It was FLAT.
Genoa salami was on the small side. Half slice of Provolone cheese.
Short supply of vegees, half the food bins empty.
** THE FOOD IS HIDDEN BY A STAINLESS STEEL CURVED COVER. Had to peak around the corner to see how the sandwich was made.
Not going there again.

Food was ok. Service needs to be improved. The young girl who made the food made it very clear she didn’t want to be there. It seemed to me it was a burden to make our sandwiches. Will not recommend or return.
