I should have looked at the last review posted and taken the hint because this is also hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever had the displeasure to pay for…and apparently this is just the poor quality that this papa John’s location puts out. It looks exactly like the other customer’s pic. Under cooked and improperly put together. The sauce is in one row, cheese in another and banana peppers in the bullseye center. We left home in a flooding rain storm for this garbage dinner. The bottom was dough and cheese never fully melted. I had to bring it home and cook it for 10 more mins before we could try to eat it.

Hands down the worst pizza around. I placed a delivery order tonight. Pepperoni and sausage pizza, bread sticks, and boneless “wings.” Pizza was inedible, gooey, undercooked and flavorless. The slice my wife and I tried ended up being fed to the dog. Breadsticks were ok, a little doughy, but edible. The “wings” were basically frozen chicken nuggets that they microwaved and placed a drizzle of buffalo sauce on. I will never order here again, $30 wasted.

I ordered online. The wait was 45 minutes. I showed up on time. My pizza was ready 30 minutes ago. I ordered a medium 5 topping pizza with extra cheese. Can anyone tell me why there was only sauce 2″ from the edge on 3 slices? And just a little sprinkle of topping on the rest of the 3 slices. It’s like he did not rotate the pizza while making it. And there was no extra cheese on it. I didn’t take a picture because I gave it right back

My kids love their pizza and they have the best coupons BUT it seems like more and more often the quality of the food is a miss. We ordered 3 pizzas for a fast dinner tonight and the one for the adults was awful. We ordered it with multiple toppings and some were missing altogether and the rest were barely there with half the pizza only having pepperoni and banana peppers. By the time I got home and noticed what they had delivered they were closed so I was unable to get it replaced. Honestly it makes me want to order from someplace else if they’re going to keep delivering sub par food

We haven’t ordered from Papa John’s in over a decade, but we were surprised at how good the pizza was. Our pickup was on time, hot, and they got the toppings right since both sides had different toppings. The cheese was moist, the crust wasn’t overdone, and the sauce was tasty. The price wasn’t bad either. We may just put Papa John’s into our option when we are both working into the evenings. It’s nice to see that our location is really good.

The pizza I ordered had half the cheese and sauce OFF the pizza and on and in the box! I had a decent sized order and they forgot my chicken wings. When I called back to let them know, they said they’d refire my wings and send them right out… And an hour and a half went by… I was sick of Domino’s, but will probably go back to them. Y’all need a damn Pizza Hut!

Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza is our family’s favorite from Papa John’s and the Shaq-a-Roni when it’s available! This location is very convenient, the employees are polite, and the customer service is excellent. I’ve never had any issues with my orders. I always order online for carryout because I get the best deals, and pickup is quick and always accurate. Overall, my impression is positive, and I’d definitely come back again.

Food is fine but service is not. Always takes twice as long as the estimate given. Furthermore, they manipulate their tracking system so it says your food is “ready” or even “picked up” when it isn’t. This has happened the last 4 times I’ve ordered there.
