Placed an order today on the Taco Bell app, went to pick it up and was told they didn’t have 2 of the 3 burritos I ordered on the side with my grill cheese burrito combo. Ok cool, I get to the window and was then told I’ll have to cancel my order, so to make sure I’m understanding the young lady right I say “so I have to cancel the whole order cause the burritos right?” She says ” We only can give you 2 of your items” So I’m like “So you’ll must not have all the items for the combo either?” Which consists of a grill cheese burrito, chalupa, Dorito taco, cinnamon twist and drink. She says ” yeah we have it”. So now I’m puzzled as to why I only can only get 2 of the items out my whole order if you have the other items and just out the 2 burritos? Make it make sense! I don’t think she understood what she said herself ♀️. I asked again why I only can get 2 of my items cause at this point I’m confussed before I told her I’ll just cancel and she just kept saying I only can get 2 items with no explanation as to why. Ended up having to call tacobell 1800 number, wait 30 mins to speak to someone on the phone to get a refund because it’s no way to cancel the order on the app once you’ve arrived to pick up. Loss my free reward and have to wait for my money back due to whatever the reason was. I never got a reason. Ordering on the app is supposed to be convenient, what an inconvenience! No apology or anything. Like I said I don’t think she even understood what she said herself!

Don’t order extra ANYTHING! I like extra beef but when I order it seems like I get less than what the original order calls for out of spite or something. IDK. Shout out to Ja’Miria tho to make sure my order was right. Hope I got close to spelling it right but I am truly grateful for your extra effort and AMAZING customer service.

If you haven’t tried the Cinnabon delights, GO! RUN! HURRY! you can thank me later because you are going to make future trips to Taco Bell just to purchase said Cinnabon delights. They are to die for. They are gooey, cinnamon-y, warm, yummy little pillows of dough filled with this creamy center of gooey cinnamon roll sugar icing that bursts into your mouth when you bite it but don’t you worry, you’ll still have enough of the gooey center to ooze out to go with the other bite you’ll have left. Yummy yummy yum!!!!

Check your order before you leave! They were pretty busy and accidentally mixed up the orders and I was missing a meal.
