Service was great Bri was exCELLENT , she didn’t mind communicating with her customers , even made bond with kids as they came through the door !! Good job Bri ! Jr was also a great man as well , to say he was behind the register and cooking at that he interact well with us as well !! I say eVEN though the food was fresh and good , if it WOULDNT HAVE BEEN , THIER ATTITUDE MADE IT A GREAT EXPERIENCE , don’t just feed our stomach we felt welcomed they fed our soul !!

So I ordered the Deluxe box.. I asked for my chalupa to have meat(chicken), cheese, and sour cream the night shift on 1/16/26 fixed it with everything on it plus beef and chicken. which I didn’t realize until I made it home 8 mins away so I drove back up there for them to fix it and they still got it wrong after taking 15 mins to even bring my order back to me ! At first they put everything in my chalupa.. went to get it fix all they did was remove the tomatoes left the lettuce and took away my sour cream !

This place sucks. Nothing is ever made right. They dont give you the right amount of ingredients. I’ve given them 3 chances to make a quesarito and its only a normal burrito every time. Customer service is great but the people in the kitchen suck

The nacho fries are a little less than $3, I ate 2 before I pulled the box out. And yes this included the bag fries.

If I could give negative stars I would… Our food was so overdone my dog refused to eat it. This is diabolical, how you can charge almost $30 and give out food like this is beyond me. I know these workers wouldn’t have eaten their own creation. I will be getting my money back.

Horrible spent $40 got one meal they left two meals out we got one sauce packet they left the sauce of verde packs out just crazy every time we go here it’s a problem just going to a different one from now on might not eat Taco Bell ever again I don’t know at this point

I visited this location on 6/25/2025. The experience was terrible. The lady that took my order had a very nasty rude personality. She rushed me through my order and then when we pulled around to the window there were 2 young ladies and I am assuming the manager who was rolling his eyes like a female and all we did was pull up to the window. The two females were looking at us and laughing like we were from another planet. The one with the nappy head was really rude. Then when the manager handed the food out of the window he started speaking something that wasn’t English but I doubt that it was another language because he could barely speak English. This was around 11:00 pm. The owner should visit this location at night to see what kind of circus they are running .Overall bad experience would not recommend. Very unprofessional.
